We hear your heart’s cry for direction in your career and the desire to pursue your project with passion. It’s clear you seek God’s will, and we join you in praying for clarity and wisdom. The Lord promises in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* We trust He will guide your steps as you surrender your plans to Him.
However, we must gently address the mention of being fired from your job and returning to the same apartment. If there were unresolved issues—such as unrepentant sin, bitterness, or unforgiveness—Scripture calls us to examine our hearts. *"If therefore you are offering your gift at the altar, and there remember that your brother has anything against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift"* (Matthew 5:23-24). Have you sought reconciliation with those involved? Have you asked God to reveal any areas where you may need to repent or grow?
We also encourage you to seek godly counsel in your career pursuits. Proverbs 15:22 says, *"Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established."* Have you spoken with trusted believers who can pray with you and offer wisdom? Sometimes the Lord uses others to confirm His direction.
As for your timeline, we pray for patience and trust in God’s perfect timing. Psalm 27:14 reminds us, *"Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh."* While you desire to start your project by September or December, we ask the Lord to align your desires with His will, even if it requires waiting longer. His plans for you are good (Jeremiah 29:11).
Let us pray with you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one’s career and dreams. Lord, You know the desires of their heart, and we ask that You would guide them into Your perfect will. Reveal any areas where they need to repent, forgive, or grow, and grant them wisdom to walk in obedience. Father, if this project is from You, open the doors and provide the resources needed to bring it to fruition. If it is not Your will, give them peace and redirect their steps toward what You have prepared. Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and remind them that Your timing is always perfect. May they seek You above all else, trusting that You will establish their steps. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord through prayer and His Word, and to surround yourself with believers who can support and encourage you. If there are any areas where you feel convicted to change or grow, do not hesitate to take those steps in faith. The Lord is faithful, and He will lead you.
