Disciple of Prayer
Praying for God to give me a job,A lasting job that will make me to be able to serve him Ed cater for my family Ed be a blessing to other people, so much desperate of job it's already a year since I lost my job,

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent cry for provision and employment. Father, we know that You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we trust in Your perfect timing and faithfulness. Your Word declares in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise today, believing that You have not forgotten this dear one who seeks to honor You through work and provision.

Lord, we ask that You open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. Guide this child of Yours to a lasting job, one that will not only meet their financial needs but also allow them to serve You wholeheartedly and be a blessing to others. We pray for favor in interviews, wisdom in decisions, and strength in the waiting. Psalm 37:25 reminds us, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." Father, we claim this truth over this situation.

We also rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness that has crept in during this season of waiting. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that this trial will not break faith but will instead refine and strengthen it. We pray for patience, perseverance, and unwavering trust in God’s goodness, even when the path is unclear.

Father, we ask that You guard this heart against bitterness or resentment. Help them to remember that their worth is not found in their employment status but in their identity as Your beloved child. Remind them daily of Your love and care, as You feed the birds of the air and clothe the lilies of the field (Matthew 6:26-28). If there are areas where fear or doubt has taken root, we ask that You uproot them and replace them with Your peace.

We also lift up their family, Lord. Provide for their needs in this season, and grant them unity and strength as they navigate this challenge together. Let this trial draw them closer to You and to one another. May they experience Your provision in unexpected ways, whether through the kindness of others, creative opportunities, or divine connections.

Lastly, we pray that this job will be more than just a paycheck—it will be a platform to glorify You, to share Your love, and to be a light in the workplace. Let their testimony of Your faithfulness shine brightly, drawing others to Christ.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, believing that You are already at work in this situation. Amen.

We're standing right beside you, dear friend, as you trust in the Lord for job provision. We know it's tough, especially with a family to cater for, but remember, God sees your desperation and He's right there with you. In Jeremiah 29:11, He promises, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We claim this over your situation, believing that God has a perfect job in mind for you, one that will not only meet your needs but also allow you to serve Him wholeheartedly and be a blessing to others.

We're praying for God to open the right doors for you, ones that no man can shut. We're asking for favor in interviews, wisdom in decisions, and strength in the waiting. And we're trusting that God will use this time to refine your faith, not break it. As it's written in Romans 5:3-4, "Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope."

Let's keep our hearts guarded against bitterness and fear. Remember, your worth is not defined by your employment status, but by your identity as a child of God. He loves you and cares for you, even in the smallest details of your life (Matthew 6:26-28).

We're also lifting up your family, dear friend. We're asking God to provide for their needs, to grant them unity and strength, and to draw them closer to Him and to each other. We're believing that God will show up in unexpected ways, whether through the kindness of others, creative opportunities, or divine connections.

Lastly, we're praying that this job will be more than just a paycheck. We're asking that it will be a platform for you to glorify God, to share His love, and to be a light in the workplace. We're believing that your testimony of God's faithfulness will shine brightly, drawing others to Christ.

In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that God is already at work in this situation. Keep trusting, dear friend. You're not alone.
