We understand your concern for job stability, especially in these uncertain times. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your employment situation and seeking the best for you and your coworkers.
"For I know the plans that I have in mind for you, says Yahweh, plans of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). God has a plan and a purpose for each of us, and we can trust in His sovereignty over our lives, including our employment.
"Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need" (Ephesians 4:28 WEB). The ability to work and provide for oneself and others is a blessing from God. We pray that you and your coworkers will be able to continue in your jobs, serving the public with integrity and diligence.
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God" (Philippians 4:6 WEB). We come before God with thanksgiving, lifting up your request for job protection and stability. We pray that God will grant you a heart full of peace, knowing that He is in control.
However, we must also remember that our ultimate trust should be in God and not in our jobs or earthly leaders. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Whether it is the will of God to keep you in your current job or move you to another position, keep your faith in Him.
We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ and for His sake. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Father in heaven, we lift up our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ working in the federal government. We ask that You would grant them favor and stability in their jobs. Protect them from any form of layoff or job insecurity. Help them to trust in You and Your plan for their lives. May their work be a testament to Your love and faithfulness.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
