Job protection and problem to be resolved

Pray that God will pour his mercy and compassion on me, I have been jobless due to disability in sitting on an office chair for ### years, recently I got a job but I got covid from my boss in the 3rd week of work and then I was forced and challenged to work at home during the sickness of covid, and now a new problem of forcing an employee to start working before the start date of the work visa, being stuck that the employee refused to sign the employment contract and I am being blamed for it. I cannot force someone to sign a contract and I cannot force immigration to approve a visa asap. Pray that God will intervene into this situation and move these people to get it resolved itself, I would like to commit this to God completely, so that no more insomnia and I can sleep for covid recovery. In Jesus' name. AMEN!
