Job or opportunities to have a income

Anonymous

Beloved of All
I need a good income even though Ive been a stay at home Christian Mom & Grandma. Good health & healing would also be helpful. Jesus has resources. God Bless you

We join with you in bringing this need before our Father and we thank you for your faithful service as a Christian mom and grandma. That calling is precious and honored by God, and the years you have poured into your family are not overlooked. The Word says, Give her of the fruit of her hands! Let her works praise her in the gates. Proverbs 31:31 and we see your desire now for provision and health as a continuation of that faithful stewardship.

We agree with you that Jesus has resources and that our God is our provider. We are reminded that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19. He also calls us to commit our work to Him, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23 and Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. Proverbs 16:3. We pray that He will open doors of opportunity that fit the gifts He has given you and that honor your season of life, whether that is work from home, part time, ministry related, or using skills of hospitality, wisdom, teaching, and care that you have cultivated in the home. We encourage you to seek His guidance daily, to steward your talents diligently, and to trust that He sees your diligence and will lead you to the right income opportunity in His timing.

We also lift up your request for good health and healing, for we know our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and He desires for us to walk in strength to serve Him. We hold to His promise, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:3 and But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. We also pray as John prayed, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers. 3 John 1:2. We ask for renewed strength, protection over your body, and wisdom for any care you need.

Let us pray together.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up this dear sister and grandmother to You. We thank You for her life, her faithfulness in her home, and her trust in Your provision. Lord, You know her financial needs and her desire for a good income. We ask that You open the right doors of opportunity, that You give her favor, wisdom, and discernment to recognize the work You have prepared for her, and that You provide abundantly for every need according to Your riches in glory. Guide her steps and let her work be a testimony of Your goodness. We also ask for Your healing touch upon her body. Restore health, renew strength, and grant her vitality to continue to love and serve her family and You. Let her feel Your peace and presence as she waits on You, knowing that You will supply and You will sustain. We ask all this in the mighty and only name of Jesus, our Savior and Provider, amen.

Thank you for letting us pray with you. We hear how much you want to provide and to stay healthy for your family, and we admire the years you have poured into being a mom and grandma at home. That work matters deeply, and wanting to find income now does not diminish it.

We are praying with you for open doors that fit the life and gifts God has given you.

A couple of practical ideas that often help in this season: take a quiet hour to write down what you enjoy and do well, what hours you have available, and what kind of work would fit your home and health. That clarity makes it easier to talk with others. Then share that with a couple of trusted people, perhaps someone at church or a local workforce or community help center, they often know of part time or flexible opportunities that never get widely advertised.

For your health, we join you in asking the Lord for strength and healing, and if you have ongoing concerns please keep your regular clinician in the loop as you pray.

Father, we lift our sister to You in Jesus name. You know her needs and her desire to care for her family. Please guide her steps to good and fitting opportunities, provide for her daily needs from Your resources, and grant her health and peace as she trusts You. Amen.

Your prayer for provision and for health has been brought before the Lord with thankfulness for your faithful service as a mother and grandmother in the home. That holy calling is not overlooked by Him who sees every cup of water given in His name, and He who has kept you in that sphere knows also how to open doors of opportunity for income in this present season.

We are reminded that pinching want and inability to obtain employment have pressed heavily upon many of God's people, and such burdens are not light. Yet we are taught that there is one great Physician who lays His hands upon men and they are restored, and there is one sacred Fountain opened on Calvary. As it is written, there grows no healing herb but the one plant of renown, and Jesus Himself is the Tree of Life whose leaves bring healing. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the little things about Christ are full of healing virtue, and the abiding power of those healing leaves keeps the soul of the believer in perpetual health until the glory life begins.

We join you in asking the Lord to provide suitable work and honest opportunities whereby your needs may be supplied, that you may walk without the crutch of charity and yet without the crushing care that steals peace. We ask Him to guide your hands and your steps to such employment as fits your strength and your years, and to make your dependence to be upon His resources, which never fail.

And we pray also for good health and healing, that the Sun of Righteousness may rise upon you with healing in His wings. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He first said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, showing that pardon and healing are one in His hand. May the Lord who has begun to heal you cause that healing virtue which His grace has infused to work in you health and cure, and keep you in soul and body till you shall be without spot or wrinkle. We are on our way to eternal health, and the life within us shall be perfect forever and ever.

May the Lord take you by the hand and lift you up, as He did for the fevered one, so that your fever may dissolve into Him who Himself bore our sicknesses and His health may flow into you. And may He grant you to arise and still minister unto Him in the quiet strength He supplies.

We pray that the Lord will supply your daily bread, restore and sustain your health, and cause you to know more fully the abundance of healing power that is in Jesus Christ and His salvation. God grant that His healing influences may rest upon you and that His provision may be made plain in open doors for honest labor. In the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and great Physician, Amen.

I have heard your request and I join you in bringing it before the Lord with thanksgiving. You have served faithfully as a mother and grandmother at home, and now you are asking Him for open doors to good work and income, and for health and healing to do that work well. It is right to ask, for all resources belong to Jesus and He is able to provide.

I pray for you now in the name of Jesus Christ alone, through whom we have access to the Father. Heavenly Father, I lift up this daughter and sister in Christ to You. You see her years of faithful labor in the home and her desire to provide. Please open opportunities for honest and fruitful work that fits the season of life You have given her, work where she can use the wisdom and care You have formed in her through years of serving her family. Provide for her needs according to Your riches in Christ, and grant income that is sufficient and stable, so she may live with peace and generosity and not be weary in doing good.

I also ask for Your touch upon her health. You are the One who heals, who at times lifts fever and infirmity at once and restores strength, and who also sustains us day by day. Grant her health of body that she may serve You and her family with joy, and make provision for her flesh only for health and strength to do Your will, not for excess. Give wisdom to physicians and to her own care of her body, and give patience and hope while You work.

Help her to keep seeking You first, to work diligently as You give strength, and to trust that as she labors faithfully You will supply what is needed. May she know Your nearness, Your provision, and Your healing mercy, and may her life continue to bear witness to Your goodness in her home and beyond.

I ask this in the saving name of Jesus, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Thank you for sharing your heart and your needs so honestly. Your desire for provision and for health is understood, and it is good that you are looking to Jesus, because all resources truly are in His hands.

I want you to know that we do believe God heals today and that He is able. The Scriptures show Him healing in many different ways. Sometimes the healing was instant, sometimes it was gradual. Sometimes He touched someone, sometimes He only spoke a word from a distance, as He did for the centurion's servant who lay at home paralyzed and in great suffering, and sometimes He went to the person's home. He is not confined to one pattern. Any true healing, whether it comes quickly or comes slowly through a process over time, is from Him. And His healing is not only physical. He also brings healing to the mind and the emotions, mending the wounds and scars we carry inside.

At the same time we do not presume to know exactly what He will do in every case. It would be a mistake to assume we always know His will beforehand or to claim that He must heal in every instance in the way we expect. We bring our requests to Him in faith and we trust His wisdom and love to answer according to what is best.

That is where faith grows. Unbelief comes when we look at ourselves, at our own resources, our age, our history, our limited opportunities, and we conclude there is no way. Faith comes when we turn from looking at ourselves and our circumstances and look instead at God. Abraham did not focus on his own age or on Sarah's inability, he looked to the God who had promised. In the same way, when you consider income after years of faithfully serving at home as a mother and grandmother, it is easy to look at your own resume and feel uncertain. But the Lord sees that faithful service and He is able to open doors for provision in ways you may not yet see. We can ask Him to provide work or opportunities that fit the life He has given you and that use the gifts you have cultivated in your home.

There is a verse many quote as a promise that God wishes above all things that we prosper and be in health just as our soul prospers. In its context that was a warm personal greeting and prayer from John to a dear friend, much like we might write I hope you are doing well, not a blanket guarantee for every situation. It does show the kind heart God gives us toward one another, and it reminds us that God cares about both our spiritual health and our physical well being, and there is often a connection between the two, but we hold it as a loving prayer rather than a formula.

So we will pray for you in that spirit. We ask the Lord to provide for your financial needs and to guide you to the right opportunities for income, that He would make clear the open doors He has for you. We ask Him to touch your body and bring healing according to His will, whether quickly or gradually, and to bring strength and peace to your mind and heart as well. We ask that as you look at the world around you, you would not simply look at the needs or at nature itself, but that you would worship the God who made all things and who cares for you personally.

May the Lord show Himself faithful to you as you continue to look to Him, trusting not in your own strength but in His goodness and power through Jesus Christ.
