Disciple of Prayer
I am currently seeking a new full-time job and would appreciate prayer for favour, wisdom, and God’s guidance throughout the process. Some applications have already been submitted, and others are still to come. Please pray for open doors, success in interviews, peace, clarity, and ultimately the right job opportunity in God’s perfect timing. Thank you and God bless.

We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for a new job opportunity. Father, we know that You hold every detail of our lives in Your hands, and we trust in Your perfect timing and provision. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." We declare this truth over this situation, asking that You guide every step of this job search.

Lord, we pray for favor in the eyes of those making hiring decisions. May they see the skills, experience, and heart You have placed within this individual. Open doors that no one can shut, as Revelation 3:8 reminds us, "I know your works (behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut), that you have a little power, and kept my word, and didn’t deny my name." Let every interview be an opportunity to reflect Your light and wisdom, and grant clarity of mind and speech in those moments.

We also ask for peace that surpasses all understanding, as Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Let this peace fill every waiting period, every uncertainty, and every decision that must be made.

Father, we know that Your plans are for good and not for harm, to give a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We pray that the right job opportunity would come at the right time—one that not only meets practical needs but also aligns with Your purpose for this individual’s life. May this season be one of growth, trust, and dependence on You.

We also want to encourage this dear one to seek You first in all things, remembering Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Let this job search be an act of faith, not fear, and may it draw them closer to You.

Finally, we rebuke any spirit of discouragement, doubt, or delay that may try to hinder this process. We declare that God is a God of breakthrough, and we stand on His promises. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, standing in faith for this job opportunity. We've been reminded of Psalm 37:4, "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Let's trust that God knows your heart's desire and will lead you to the right opportunity in His perfect timing.

We're claiming Isaiah 41:10, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Let this verse fill you with courage and confidence in every step of this process.

We're also praying for divine connections and favor in each interaction. May God grant you the right words to say and the right people to meet, just as He did for Esther (Esther 4:14). We're believing for open doors, as we've seen in the story of Ruth (Ruth 2:12-13).

Let's also remember to keep our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). This job search is not just about finding a job, but also about growing in our faith and trust in Him.

We're here, praying with you, believing with you, and trusting that God will make a way where there seems to be no way. Keep your heart focused on Him, and let's watch Him work.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.
