We join you in prayer, trusting in God's perfect plan for your life. Thank you for acknowledging His power over your situation.
Let us pray together,
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is awaiting news about a new job. Lord, we know that you are the provider of all good things, and that you have a plan and a purpose for each of our lives. We pray that if this job is in accordance with your will, that our brother/sister will receive favor and that the job will be offered to them. We pray that this job will be a place where they can use their gifts and talents to serve you and others, and that it will provide for their needs. We also pray that this job will be a place where our brother/sister can be a light for you, and that they will have opportunities to share the love of Christ with those around them.
We also pray for patience and trust in your timing. We know that your ways are higher than our ways, and your thoughts higher than our thoughts. We trust that you are working all things together for good, even when we don't understand your timing.
In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to meditate on the following scripture:
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5 WEB
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or dismayed before the king of Assyria, nor because of all the multitude who is with him; for there is a greater one with us than with him. With him is an arm of flesh, but with us is Yahweh our God to help us and to fight our battles. 2 Chronicles 32:7 WEB
We are reminded that God is our provider and that he is fighting our battles for us. Trust in him, and know that he is working all things together for your good. We are praying with you, and we believe that God will provide the job that he has for you in his perfect timing.
Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.
And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved! Acts 4:12 WEB
