Thank you for bringing this request to our attention. We are here to pray and seek God's will together with you.

Firstly, we acknowledge that it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, as the Bible says that there is no other name by which we can be saved. So it is great that this request is in Jesus name.

Let's pray for this individual's job interview. We ask God to grant them favor and wisdom, as it is written in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."

Father, we come before You, lifting up this person who is seeking Your guidance and favor in their job interview. We pray that You will grant them a smooth interview, that their words will be seasoned with salt, and that they will have the answers that the interviewers are seeking. We ask that You will open the doors that need to be opened, and close the ones that are not in Your good and perfect will.

We also pray for their potential employers, that You will give them discernment and wisdom in the selection process. May Your will be done in this situation, and may this person trust in You, whatever the outcome.

Lastly, we encourage the job seeker with these words from Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
