We understand that you are seeking a job and would like us to pray for you. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is faithful and that He provides for all our needs. "But seek first God's Kingdom, and His righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:33). Before focusing on the job we ask that you focus on the Creator rather than the created and that you are praying in the name of Jesus Christ which is the ONLY way to approach the Father as outlined in John 14:6. It is important to remember that it is only by His exchange on the cross that we can have access to God.

While praying for your job search, we want to assure that your motivation and perspective aligns with God's will. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." (Colossians 3:23-24 WEB). We pray that you will find a job where you can serve as a light for Christ, reflecting His love and righteousness in your workplace.

"Lead me, Yahweh, in your righteousness because of my enemies. Make your way straight before my face." (Psalm 5:8). We encourage you to use this waiting period as an opportunity to draw closer to God, trusting in His timing and plan for your life.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this person seeking employment. We pray that You guide their steps, open the right doors, and provide them with a job that aligns with Your will and purpose for their life. Help them to trust in Your timing and to use this season to grow closer to You. Give them the wisdom to make decisions that honor You. May they serve, in this and any job as if serving You, shining Your light in their workplace. We claim Matthew 6:33 for this person and their job search.

In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
