In this challenging time, we stand with you in the name of Jesus, seeking God's wisdom and comfort. We understand that job hunting can be a trying process, and we are here to support you in prayer and with biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we acknowledge your faith in praying in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
We must remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB reminds us: " 'For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' says Yahweh. 'For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.'"
Regarding the bitterness and misery your husband feels, we encourage him to cast his burdens onto the Lord. Psalm 55:22 WEB says: "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved."
It is essential to trust in the Lord's timing and to remember that He has a plan for both of you. Even in the face of rejection, God is preparing a path. Consider the words of Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
For the financial insecurity and sleepless nights, we pray for God's provision and peace. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB encourages us: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Regarding the anger and lack of energy, remember the words of Galatians 6:9 WEB: "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."
We lift up your prayers for financial support, wisdom for parenting, and healing for your broken hearts and confidence. We pray that God will guide you both to the right roles, allowing you to use your skills and experience for His glory.

Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this family in their time of need. We pray for Your wisdom and comfort to surround them, and for Your peace to guard their hearts and minds.
Lord, we ask that You provide for their financial needs and guide them both to the right jobs. Help them to trust in Your timing and to remember that You have a plan for them. Heal their hearts from any bitterness or anger, and restore their confidence in You.
Grant them the energy and perseverance to continue seeking employment, and give them wisdom to be good parents to their son. We pray that You would draw them closer to You during this time, and that they would find their hope and strength in You alone.
