We come before you with hearts burdened yet hopeful, lifting up this brother in Christ who is wrestling with weariness, doubt, and the weight of unmet longings. We hear the cry of his heart—his deep desire for stability in employment, the blessing of a godly marriage for his family, and the provision of a home and ministry through his profession. Yet we also hear the painful words of a soul trembling at the edge of unbelief, questioning whether God’s mercy and grace still reach him. Let us speak truth into this struggle, for we know that our God is not slow as some count slowness, but patient toward us, not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). His timing is perfect, and His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). Even when we cannot see His hand, we must trust His heart.

First, we must gently yet firmly rebuke the words of unbelief that have been spoken. To say, *"I don’t believe God and His Mercy or Grace"* is to align oneself with the enemy’s lies rather than the truth of Scripture. Our brother, hear us: this is dangerous ground. Faith is not built on feelings or immediate answers but on the unchanging character of God. Hebrews 11:6 declares, *"Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him."* You *have* seen His faithfulness in the past—you stand today as a qualified professional, a testament to the gifts and opportunities He has already granted. Do not let impatience blind you to the ways He has already provided. Job, in his suffering, cried out in despair, yet the Lord restored him *twice as much* when he repented of his doubt (Job 42:10). Let us not harden our hearts in the waiting but cling to the promise that *"the Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him"* (Lamentations 3:25).

You have also expressed frustration that God’s timing is "very slow." But consider Joseph, who waited *thirteen years* in prison for a promise fulfilled in a single day (Genesis 41). Or Abraham, who waited *twenty-five years* for the son God promised (Genesis 21). Or the Israelites, who wandered *forty years* before entering the Promised Land. In every case, the delay was not cruelty but preparation—for their character, their faith, and the greater glory of God. Romans 8:28 assures us, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."* Your struggle is not in vain. Every interview, every temporary position, every "no" is being woven into a testimony of His faithfulness—if you will trust Him in the process.

Now, let us address each request with Scripture and prayer:

**On Employment:**
You have labored diligently, preparing and pursuing opportunities for over two years. This is commendable! Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* Your desire for a permanent government position is not wrong—it is a noble goal to seek stability and a platform to share God’s mercy with patients. Yet we must also surrender the *how* and *when* to Him. Proverbs 16:9 says, *"A man’s heart plans his course, but the Lord directs his steps."* Perhaps these temporary roles are divine appointments—to gain experience, to minister to colleagues, or to position you for something even greater. We pray that God would open the *right* door at the *right* time, one that aligns with His will and brings Him glory. But we also pray you would embrace the *current* work as His assignment for this season, trusting that *"a man’s steps are from the Lord"* (Proverbs 20:24).

**On the Family Member’s Marriage:**
You seek a godly spouse for your family member—a doctor with good habits, good earnings, and a heart for God. This is a righteous desire! We are commanded in 2 Corinthians 6:14, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers."* A marriage rooted in shared faith is a foundation for blessing. However, we must caution against placing *earthly* qualifications (such as profession or salary) above *spiritual* ones. A man who fears the Lord and walks in integrity is worth more than silver or gold (Proverbs 22:1). Pray not just for a "handsome" provider but for a *humble* leader, one who will love as Christ loves (Ephesians 5:25). And remember: God’s timing for marriage is perfect. Sarah waited decades for Isaac; Ruth was a widow before Boaz; Hannah wept for years before Samuel. Trust that the Lord knows the desires of your heart (Psalm 37:4) and will provide in His way.

**On Your Own Future Marriage:**
You mention preparing for your own marriage after your family member’s. This is wise—to seek God’s order in all things. But we urge you: do not let the desire for marriage become an idol. Contentment in singleness is a gift (1 Corinthians 7:7-8), and this season can be used mightily for God’s kingdom. If marriage is His will for you, He will bring it to pass. Until then, guard your heart against bitterness or rush. A godly wife is a *provision*, not a right. Pray that the Lord would prepare you to be a husband who reflects Christ—patient, sacrificial, and full of grace.

**On Purchasing a Home and Clinic:**
The desire to own a home and a clinic to glorify God is beautiful! Yet we must ask: is this a *need* or a *want*? Jesus warns in Matthew 6:33, *"Seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* If this is His will, He will provide the means. But let us not tie our faith to material blessings. The apostle Paul learned to be content in *every* circumstance (Philippians 4:11-13)—whether in plenty or in need. Pray for wisdom to steward what you have now, and trust that if a clinic is part of His plan, He will make the way clear.

**On Your Family Member’s Employment:**
You ask for prayer for another family member seeking a government job in healthcare. Again, we lift this up, asking that God would open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). But we also encourage her (and you) to seek *first* the kingdom of God. If this is His will, it will come to pass. If not, He has something better. Our trust must not be in positions but in the One who holds our future.

**On Ministering to the Poor:**
Your heart to provide education and employment to the poor is Christlike! James 1:27 tells us, *"Pure religion and undefiled before our God and Father is this: to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained by the world."* This is a noble vision. Pray that God would align your resources and opportunities with His heart for the marginalized. But remember: you cannot pour from an empty cup. Let Him fill you first.

---
**Now, let us pray together:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up our brother who is weary in the waiting. Lord, You see his tears, his frustration, and the flickering of his faith. We ask that You would reignite the fire of trust within him. Remind him of Your faithfulness in the past—how You have brought him this far, qualified him, and sustained him. Forgive him for the words of doubt spoken in pain, and restore to him the joy of Your salvation (Psalm 51:12).

We pray for divine favor over his job search. Lord, You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10)—open the *right* door in government or public sector work, a position that aligns with his skills and Your purpose. Give him wisdom in interviews, peace in temporary roles, and patience to wait on Your timing. Let this season of waiting produce in him endurance, character, and hope (Romans 5:3-4).

For his family member’s marriage, we ask for a godly spouse—one who loves You above all else, who will lead with integrity and serve with humility. Prepare both hearts for this union, and let it be a testament to Your covenant love. And for our brother’s future marriage, we pray You would prepare him to be a husband after Your own heart, and in Your time, bring forth a wife who will be his helper and friend (Genesis 2:18).

We lift up the desire for a home and clinic. If it is Your will, provide the means and the location. But more than buildings, give him a heart that seeks Your kingdom first. Bless his family member with employment that glorifies You, and use their professions to minister to the sick and the poor.

Most of all, Father, we pray You would restore his faith. Let him see Your hand in the small things—the daily mercies, the answered prayers, the strength to keep going. Remind him that You are not a man that You should lie, nor a son of man that You should repent (Numbers 23:19). What You have promised, You will do. What You have begun, You will complete (Philippians 1:6).

In the mighty name of Jesus, who sympathizes with our weaknesses and intercedes for us (Hebrews 4:15, 7:25), we pray. Amen.

---
**Final Encouragement:**
Brother, we leave you with this: *"Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we don’t give up"* (Galatians 6:9). The enemy wants you to quit praying, to harden your heart, to walk away from the very Source of your help. But *don’t give up*. The breakthrough you seek may be just beyond the next prayer, the next interview, the next step of obedience. Keep seeking. Keep trusting. And when you cannot see His hand, *trust His heart*.

We are standing with you in faith. Send us that praise report—we *will* rejoice with you when it comes!

Dear Brother,

We stand with you in faith, echoing your desires and concerns. Here's our prayer for you:

1. **Employment**: We pray that you would trust in the Lord's timing. As Psalm 37:7 reminds us, "Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes." We believe that the Lord has a perfect plan for you, and it will unfold in His time. We also pray that you would continue to prepare and be ready for opportunities, as Ecclesiastes 9:11 says, "I saw that under the sun the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, nor bread to the wise, nor riches to those who are intelligent, nor favor to those with knowledge, but that time and chance happen to them all."

2. **Family Member's Marriage**: We pray that you would trust in the Lord's perfect timing for your family member's marriage. As Psalm 30:5 says, "For his anger lasts only a moment, and his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning." We believe that the Lord will bring a godly spouse according to His will and in His time.

3. **Your Future Marriage**: We pray that you would be content in your current season. As 1 Corinthians 7:7-8 says, "Each has his own gift from God, one this way, another that way. To the unmarried and the widows I say that it is good for them to remain single, as I am. But if they cannot exercise self-control, they should marry. For it is better to marry than to burn with passion." We trust that if marriage is the Lord's will for you, He will bring it to pass in His perfect timing.

4. **House and Clinic**: We pray that you would trust in the Lord's provision. As Matthew 6:33 says, "But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you." We believe that if a house and clinic are part of the Lord's will for you, He will provide them in His time.

5. **Family Member's Employment**: We pray that you would trust in the Lord's provision for your family member's employment. As Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths." We believe that the Lord will open the right doors for them according to His will.

6. **Ministering to the Poor**: We pray that you would be a blessing to others, as you have been blessed. As Galatians 6:9-10 says, "And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith."

We pray all these things in Jesus' name, amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
