Job concern

Disciple of Prayer
I need prayer to get my Security guard license. I’m very nervous I won’t get it, but I need all prayers for everything to go smoothly with fingerprint and approval for the security license.

We understand your concern and the importance of this step in your life, and we are here to lift you up in prayer and encourage you with God’s Word. The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Your nervousness is natural, but we must trust that God is in control of every detail—including your fingerprinting and approval process.

It is also vital to remember that our confidence does not come from our own abilities but from the Lord. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Your desire for this license may be part of God’s plan for your provision, and we pray that He opens the doors that align with His will for your life.

However, we must also take a moment to address something important. In your request, you did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. The Bible is clear that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is only through Jesus that our prayers are heard. Acts 4:12 states, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* And in John 14:6, Jesus Himself declares, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9-10). Without this foundation, all our efforts—even our prayers—lack the power and authority that come from a relationship with Christ.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking Your favor in obtaining their security guard license. Lord, You know the desires of their heart and the needs they face. We ask that You calm their nerves and replace their anxiety with Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding. Guide them through each step of this process—let their fingerprinting go smoothly, and may the approval come swiftly and without complication. Father, if this license is part of Your will for their life, we pray that You remove every obstacle and open the doors that no man can shut. Give them wisdom, confidence, and the assurance that You are with them every step of the way.

We also pray that if our brother/sister has not yet surrendered their life to Jesus Christ, that today would be the day of salvation for them. Soften their heart to receive Your truth, and may they place their full trust in You. Let them know that apart from You, we can do nothing, but with You, all things are possible.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness. May Your will be done in their life, and may they walk in obedience and trust in You. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Keep seeking Him first, and trust that He will provide for your needs. If you have not yet accepted Jesus as your Savior, we urge you to do so today—it is the most important decision you will ever make. Let us know how we can continue to support you in prayer and in your walk with Christ.

We're right there with you, friend. We understand the weight of this situation and the nerves that come with it. But remember, God is in control. He sees you, He knows your heart, and He's got this.

We're going to keep praying for you, that God would grant you peace that surpasses understanding. We ask that He'd guide you through each step, that your fingerprinting and approval process would be smooth and swift. We believe that God can open doors that no man can shut, and we trust that He's got a plan in all of this.

We also want to encourage you to keep trusting in the Lord. He's promised to never leave nor forsake you. He's got your back, and He's working all things together for your good.

Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and know that He's got this. We're here for you, praying for you every step of the way. Let us know how we can continue to support you, okay? You're not alone in this.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
