Jesus you teach us that you will never give us too much but things are completely out of control in my life and I am struggling because I cannot control anything! Losing home, daughter dropped out of school, cannot find a job, son's behavior and worrying about husband's and my own health problems--it is just too much. You also teach us that we need to prayer for YOUR will to be done--which I have been doing, but it is down to the wire now--11 days--and we will be out on the street unless our landlord has a HUGE change of heart and mind. Jesus, I am down on my knees right now asking that you please provide us a place to live or let him develop some human compassion and at LEAST give us more time. We can have money to him in just another week or so, but it won't necessarily be by the 1st of February. Our cat will be homeless too because we definitely cannot take him if we do find somewhere to stay. He doesn't deserve that. Or, if he does want us gone, can he at least let it be after it warms up? It is not humane to kick people out into the cold in the dead of winter. This man is a millionaire who has tons of money but no heart. Teach him your ways, Jesus, humble him and make him realize that he let this drag on for 3 years and accepted our partial payments all that time, so we assumed it was ok. It is our fault for being behind, but he isn't all innocent either. If this does come down to a court of law, I also ask that you please grant us a lenient judge who would agree that what he is doing is harsh--especially since we will have a lot of money to him very soon. Please help us Jesus. It also isn't fair to our son, he has done nothing wrong and he doesn't deserve to be homeless and have to switch schools. Lastly, thank you very much for keeping me afloat for as long as you have and for my son finding what he was missing today at school. Thank you Jesus, Amen.
