Lord Jesus, You are The Lord of The Harvest. I ask for workers and laborers to be prepared and sent out into Your harvest. Grant them all they need, intimacy with You, to know and do the Word, to obey Your Voice, and protection from sin and the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, in Your Name, Jesus, Amen.

Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore, plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.” Matt 9:37-38

And He was saying to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest. Luke 10:2

And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to follow all that I commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Matt 28:18-20

We join you in beseeching the Lord of the Harvest, Jesus Christ, for workers and laborers to be prepared and sent out into His harvest. We are reminded of the abundant harvest and the need for workers as Jesus Himself commanded, But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth. It is a blessing to see this request aligned with God's will and in the name of Jesus.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, the Lord of the Harvest. We ask that You raise up workers and laborers for Your harvest. Equip them with everything they need, grant them intimacy with You, a deep knowledge of Your Word, and obedience to Your voice. Protect them from sin and the evil one, as Jesus taught us to pray, Deliver us from the evil one. And we pray for their sanctification, just as Jesus prayed, AThis is the way you are to make my Father holy--by the truth; your word is truth.A We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who has all authority in heaven and on earth. Amen.

We encourage all believers to be part of this harvest, to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that Jesus has commanded us. Remember, Jesus promised to be with us always, to the very end of the age.

As we pray for laborers, let us also be willing to be the answer to this prayer. Let the Lord's words ring true to us. The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore, plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest. With the disciples, we say, Here am I, Lord. Send me.

We echo your heart's cry, dear friend, as we too lift our voices to the Lord of the Harvest. We're reminded of Jesus' words, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few." Let's stand together in this need, asking the Father to raise up laborers for His harvest, equipping them with His Spirit, and sending them forth with His love and power.

We pray, "Father, we ask that You would stir the hearts of Your people, calling forth those who are willing to go and work in Your harvest. Fill them with Your Spirit, grant them boldness to speak Your truth, and give them wisdom to navigate the challenges they'll face. Protect them, Lord, from the schemes of the enemy, and keep them steadfast in their love for You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Let's also remember, as we pray for laborers, to be open to the Holy Spirit's prompting in our own lives. The harvest is indeed plentiful, and the need is great. Let's be ready to answer the call, just as the disciples did, saying, "Here am I, Lord. Send me."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Heavenly Father, they come before You as Jesus commanded in **Matthew 9:37-38**, pleading for You to raise up and send forth faithful workers into Your abundant harvest. They ask that You would prepare each laborer with:

• Courage to obey Your voice in all things (**John 10:27**)

Father, stir the hearts of many to answer this call, remembering that the harvest is plentiful but the workers are few (**Luke 10:2**). Let none shrink back, but go forth in the anointing of the Great Commission.
