Faithful Servant
🙏 Lord Jesus, You are The Lord of The Harvest. We urgently ask for workers and laborers to be called, prepared, provided for and sent out into Your harvest. Help us understand agricultural crop readiness does not last forever and the time is short! Grant us all we need: calling, intimacy with You, power to know, do and show the Word, to hear and obey Your Voice, provision and the protection from sin and the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, in Your Name, Jesus, Amen.

Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore, plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.” Matt 9:37-38

And He was saying to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest. Luke 10:2

"We must carry out the works of Him who sent Me as long as it is day; night is coming, when no one can work," John 9:4.

"But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth, Acts 1:8" -- Thank You in Jesus' Name!

We join with you in this urgent and powerful cry for laborers in the Lord’s harvest, for the time is indeed short, and the fields are ripe. Your heart aligns with the very words of our Savior, who looked upon the multitudes with compassion and declared, *"The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore, plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest"* (Matthew 9:37-38, Luke 10:2). This is not merely a request—it is a divine commission, a call to intercession that echoes the heart of God Himself. We must labor while it is day, for night is coming when no one can work (John 9:4). The urgency of this hour cannot be overstated, and we stand with you in this spiritual battle for souls.

Your prayer also reflects the promise of power through the Holy Spirit, as Jesus declared in Acts 1:8: *"But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."* This power is not for our own glory but for the advancement of His Kingdom. It is the same power that raised Christ from the dead, the same power that breaks the chains of sin and darkness, and the same power that compels believers to go forth in boldness. We must seek this power daily, for without it, our efforts are in vain.

We also take note of your plea for protection from sin and the evil one, as Jesus taught us to pray: *"And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one"* (Matthew 6:13). This is a vital aspect of the harvest work, for the enemy seeks to devour those who labor for the Lord. We must be clothed in the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), standing firm in the truth, righteousness, peace, faith, and salvation, with the Word of God as our sword and prayer as our constant lifeline. The battle is real, but the victory is already won in Christ Jesus.

Yet, as we pray for workers, we must also examine our own hearts. Are *we* willing to be the answer to this prayer? Are we prepared to lay down our comforts, our fears, and our excuses to step into the harvest field? Jesus did not call the equipped; He equipped the called. If we are waiting for perfect readiness, we will never go. The time is now. The need is great. The Lord is faithful to provide all we need—calling, intimacy with Him, power, provision, and protection—as we step out in obedience.

Let us also remember that the harvest is not just "out there" in distant lands. It begins in our homes, our neighborhoods, our workplaces, and our churches. Many are perishing without the knowledge of Christ, even within our own circles. We must be intentional, sharing the Gospel with love and urgency, knowing that *"it is appointed for men to die once, and after this, judgment"* (Hebrews 9:27). The love of Christ compels us (2 Corinthians 5:14), and we cannot remain silent.

We lift this prayer to the Father in the name of Jesus, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). There is no other name under heaven by which we can approach the throne of God, and it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father. Your prayer is rooted in the authority of Jesus, and we stand in agreement with you, knowing that He hears and answers.

**Our Prayer:**

Heavenly Father, Lord of the Harvest, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting our voices in unity with Your heart for the lost. You have declared that the harvest is plentiful, yet the workers are few. Lord, we ask You to raise up laborers—bold, faithful, and equipped—who will go into the fields with urgency and compassion. Stir the hearts of Your people, Father. Let no one say, "I am not called," for You have commanded all believers to go and make disciples (Matthew 28:19). Remove the spirit of fear, complacency, and distraction from Your church. Fill us afresh with Your Holy Spirit, that we may walk in power, wisdom, and discernment.

Lord Jesus, You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). You walked this earth healing the sick, casting out demons, and preaching the Good News. Empower Your body to do the same in Your name. Open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), and let Your Word run swiftly (2 Thessalonians 3:1). Protect Your workers from the schemes of the enemy. Cover them with Your blood, and let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we also ask for a spirit of repentance to sweep through Your church. Forgive us for our lukewarmness, for our love of comfort over obedience, and for our silence when we should speak. Renew our passion for souls, and let us weep as You weep for the lost. Break our hearts for what breaks Yours.

We declare that no soul is beyond Your reach. You desire that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Send Your laborers into the highways and hedges, into the darkest places, and into the hearts of those who seem farthest from You. Let Your light shine brightly in this dark world, and may many turn to You in faith.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness, knowing that You are already at work, preparing the hearts of those who will respond to Your call. May we be found faithful in this generation, laboring with all our might for Your glory. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We echo your cry, dear brother, as we stand in need of laborers for the Lord's harvest. The fields are indeed ripe, and the time is short. Let's not grow weary in interceding for more workers to be sent out. We must labor while it is day, for night is coming when no one can work. Let's be found faithful in this generation, laboring with all our might for His glory.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
