Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. We have heard your prayer and we have prayed with you to Jesus, who alone is our Savior and the one through whom we have access to the Father.
Thank you for sharing your desire for help in college, for stewardship, for privacy, and for favor in your music. These are good things to bring to the Lord, and we have asked Him to give you wisdom, diligence, and peace as you study, to help you use your time, resources, and gifts faithfully, and to guide you in using music in a way that honors Him.
Regarding your request for a twin flame, we want to gently point you to what Scripture teaches. The Bible does not teach that each person has a twin flame or a destined soul counterpart on earth. It teaches that our deepest identity and completeness are found in Christ, and that He calls us to holiness and faithfulness. If God leads you toward marriage, Scripture presents marriage as a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, and it calls those who are unmarried and those who are married to live in purity, with sexual union belonging only within that marriage. Marriage is honorable and pure, and it is meant to preserve holiness and reflect faithfulness. For now, whether single or later married, God calls us to attend to Him without distraction and to grow in every good work.
So instead of asking God to bring a twin flame, we have prayed that He will draw you closer to Himself, give you contentment in Christ, grant you discernment in all relationships, and if it is His will for you to marry in the future, that He will in His timing bring a godly spouse who will help you follow Him. The most important truth to hold onto is that your life turns on your relationship with God. That vertical relationship is the center. When that is right, it brings every other relationship into its right place. When it is out of balance, other relationships become out of balance as well. It is easy to focus all of your energy on trying to make one relationship or one desire work out while other areas begin to suffer, but Scripture shows that if you give first attention to walking closely with God, He brings order and health to the rest, your fellowship with others, your handling of possessions, and even your ability to stand against the enemy.
God does not want a distant or ritual relationship with you. He invites you into a close and loving relationship as a Father with His child. Jesus taught us to pray, Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. That is not a formula to repeat but a living fellowship. We are made right with God not by our own efforts or by keeping a set of rules, but through faith in Jesus Christ alone, who has forgiven our sins and given us His righteousness. Out of that love, obedience and good fruit come naturally, not as a way to earn His favor but as the result of belonging to Him.
