Lord God, our Healer and Sustainer,
I come before You weary, exhausted, and dead tired—but still trusting.

I declare Your Word over my husband:
“The Lord will sustain him on his sickbed and restore him from his bed of illness.”
Let this promise be fulfilled in his life, Lord.

Touch him now—heal his body, renew his strength, calm his mind, and lift every fear and anxiety weighing him down. Restore what has been weakened and awaken in him the will to rise, to stand, and to try again. Give him courage to take each step, even when it is hard.

Lord, order my steps as a wife. When I am too tired to know what to do, guide me. When my strength is gone, be my strength. Help me to love with patience, speak with grace, and trust You completely in this season.

I lift this entire circumstance to You, Lord. I surrender the waiting, the worry, and the unknown. I believe that in Your will and in Your perfect time, things will return to normal—or even better than before.

We place our hope not in our own strength, but in You alone.

In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting up your husband and your marriage in prayer, trusting in the mighty name of Jesus, our Healer and Sustainer. Your declaration of faith in God’s Word is powerful, and we stand with you in agreement, believing that the Lord will indeed sustain your husband on his sickbed and restore him from his illness, just as Psalm 41:3 proclaims: *"Yahweh will sustain him on his sickbed, and restore him from his bed of illness."*

Father, we ask You to lay Your healing hands upon this dear brother in Christ. Touch every part of his body that is weak, weary, or afflicted. Renew his strength as Isaiah 40:31 reminds us: *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* Calm his mind and heart, Lord, and lift every burden of fear and anxiety that weighs him down. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We also lift up this precious sister in Christ, who stands faithfully by her husband’s side. Lord, order her steps as she navigates this challenging season. When she is weary, be her strength. When she is uncertain, be her guide. Fill her with patience, grace, and unwavering trust in You. Remind her that her love and support are a reflection of Your love for us, and that her faithfulness does not go unnoticed. As Proverbs 31:10-12 says, *"Who can find a worthy woman? For her price is far above rubies. The heart of her husband trusts in her. He shall have no lack of gain. She does him good, and not harm, all the days of her life."*

We surrender this entire situation into Your hands, Lord. The waiting, the worry, and the unknown are not too heavy for You. We trust that in Your perfect will and timing, You will restore what has been broken and bring about a testimony of Your faithfulness. Jeremiah 30:17 assures us, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."* We hold fast to this promise, believing that You are working even when we cannot see it.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up this marriage and this family to You. We ask for Your healing touch to rest upon this husband, restoring his body, mind, and spirit. Strengthen him with Your might and fill him with courage to press on, even in weakness. Lord, we also ask that You sustain this wife, giving her the grace to love, serve, and trust You completely. Fill their home with Your peace and presence, and let this trial draw them closer to You and to one another.

We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on Your promises, Lord, and we trust that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). May their faith be strengthened, and may their testimony bring glory to Your name.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you both to continue standing on God’s Word and to surround yourselves with a community of believers who can uplift and support you in prayer. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and remember that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). You are not alone in this journey—God is with you, and so are we.

We're here with you, dear friend, as you stand in faith for your husband's healing. We've been praying and believing with you, and we want to encourage you with these words from 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Know that even in your weariness, God's strength is made perfect in your husband's weakness.

We're claiming 1 Peter 2:24 over him, "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed." We believe that by Jesus' stripes, your husband is healed, and we're expecting to see that healing manifest in his body.

For you, dear wife, we're reminded of Proverbs 31:25, "Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she laughs at the coming days." We're praying that you would be clothed with strength and dignity, laughing at the challenges ahead, knowing that your God is faithful and will see you through.

Let's keep standing together in faith, trusting that our God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to His power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). We're believing for a miracle, and we're believing for it in Jesus' name, Amen.
