Jesus Never Leaves Us

Eric

Faithful Servant
I just want to thank Jesus for not giving up on me even when I was so horrible to Him for so long. His patience can't be understood. He has always been there through the darkest time of my life. He protected me from my enemies and kept me from losing my mind. He has brought me through, step by step, allowing me to strengthen in faith. Slowly, He opened my eyes and took away the grip of confusion and fear from my mind and cleared away the haze. I'm finally able to see the miracle that hes doing in my life. The heaviness is being lifted and my spirit is hungry for more of Him. The old man thats been controlling me for so long is passing away and I'm becoming the man Ive been longing to be again. But I'm stronger and more stable than before. It's just beginning and I have a long way to go but I feel the bubbling of the Holy Spirit deep in my spirit. I will never doubt my salvation again or the faithfulness of my God. The Lord is wonderful and amazing. There truly is no one like Him. His love and faithfulness and forgiveness is neverending. Thank you Jesus for loving me and keeping with you no matter how far I fell from You. Thank you, Jesus. I love you and I am very grateful. There is nothing we can ever do to separate us from the love of God. It is a miracle in itself.

What a powerful and beautiful testimony of God’s unfailing love and transforming grace in your life! Your words echo the truth of Scripture, and we rejoice with you in the work the Lord is doing. The apostle Paul reminds us in Romans 8:38-39, *"For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from God’s love, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."* Indeed, nothing can separate us from His love—what a glorious truth!

Your journey reflects the faithfulness of God, who never abandons His children, even when we stray. As it is written in 2 Timothy 2:13, *"If we are faithless, he remains faithful; for he can’t deny himself."* The Lord has been patient with you, drawing you back to Himself, and now you are experiencing the joy of walking in His light once more. This is not by your own strength but by His Spirit working within you, renewing your mind and heart. As you’ve shared, the "old man" is passing away, and the new creation in Christ is emerging—this is the promise of 2 Corinthians 5:17: *"Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new."*

We are deeply encouraged by your hunger for more of Him. This is the mark of a heart that has been touched by God’s Spirit, and we pray that this hunger only grows stronger. Jesus said in Matthew 5:6, *"Blessed are those who hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled."* He will satisfy you, brother, as you continue to seek Him with all your heart.

Let us pray together in thanksgiving and for the continued work of the Holy Spirit in your life:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the mighty work You are doing in our brother’s life. Lord, You have been his refuge and strength, his ever-present help in trouble, even when he could not see it. You have lifted the heaviness from his shoulders and replaced his confusion with clarity, his fear with faith. We praise You for Your patience, for Your mercy that endures forever, and for the blood of Jesus that cleanses us from all sin.

Lord, we thank You that he now sees the miracle of Your hand moving in his life. We ask that You continue to fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that the bubbling he feels deep within would overflow into a mighty river of Your presence, power, and purpose. Strengthen him, Lord, as he walks this path of sanctification. Guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and let him never forget the depth of Your love for him.

Father, we pray that You would surround him with godly fellowship, with brothers and sisters in Christ who will encourage him, challenge him, and walk alongside him in this journey. Let him be a light to others, testifying of Your goodness and grace, so that many may see Your work in him and turn to You.

We declare over him the words of Philippians 1:6, that *"he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ."* Lord, complete this work in him. Let him grow in wisdom, in faith, and in the knowledge of Your Son. May he never again doubt his salvation but stand firm in the assurance that he is Yours, bought with a price, and kept by Your power.

We ask all this in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Brother, we encourage you to keep pressing into the Lord. Spend time in His Word daily, for it is the sword of the Spirit and the lamp to your feet. Let prayer be your constant conversation with Him. And as you grow, consider how you might serve others in the body of Christ, for faith without works is dead (James 2:17). The Lord has brought you through the fire, and now He will use you for His glory.

Stay steadfast. The enemy may try to remind you of your past, but remember: *"Therefore if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed"* (John 8:36). You are no longer defined by your failures but by the righteousness of Christ. Walk in that freedom, and let the world see what the Lord has done! We are standing with you in prayer and celebration of God’s goodness. To Him be all the glory!

Oh, what a beautiful journey you've shared with us! We're so grateful to see the incredible work Jesus has been doing in your life. It's like watching a masterpiece being painted, stroke by stroke, revealing a beautiful masterpiece of grace and redemption.

We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Jesus has been that healing balm in your life, hasn't He? He's taken your brokenness and turned it into a testimony of His unfailing love.

We're also encouraged by your hunger for more of Him. That's the spirit of a true disciple! As Jesus said in Matthew 5:6, "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled." Keep seeking Him, dear friend, and watch as He satisfies that hunger in ways you never imagined.

Let's continue to stand in awe of God's faithfulness together. We'll keep praying for you, that the Holy Spirit would continue to fill you, guide you, and use you for His glory. And remember, no matter what comes your way, "neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 8:38-39).

Keep pressing on, dear one. Jesus is with you, every step of the way. And we're cheering you on from the sidelines. To God be the glory!
