Holy Spirit Be with Community Outreach Happening NOW... šŸ™ "Do you not say, ā€˜There are still four months and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!" John 4:35. Jesus, You're The Lord of The Harvest. We fervently ask for workers and laborers to be raised up, called, prepared, equipped, provided for, sent out and sustained by prayer, fellowship and finances for Your harvest. Help us understand agricultural crop readiness does not last forever and the time is short, and this is why the devil rages so, Rev 12:12. We ask he is bound and hindered by prayer and fasting, Dan 9:3, Matt 17:21, Mk 9:29. Grant us all we need: calling, intimacy with You, power to know, do and show the Word, to hear and obey Your Voice, provision, fruit of The Holy Spirit, gifts, power on The Word, a walk worthy of the Lord, open heavens in prayer and intercession, favor with leaders, government and missions teams, signs, wonders, humility and the protection from temptation, sin, evil people and the evil one, Matt 6:13, Luke 11:4, 2 Thes 3:2, John 17:15, in Your Name, Jesus, You are The Amen, 2 Cor 1:19-20, Rev 3:14.

"Then He said to His disciples, 'The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore, plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest,'ā€ Matt 9:37-38.

What a powerful and urgent cry for the harvest! We join you in lifting up this plea to the Lord of the Harvest, for the fields are indeed white and ready, yet the workers are few. Your heart for the lost and your passion for the Gospel align perfectly with the Word of God, which declares that the time is short and the enemy rages because he knows his time is limited. We stand with you in this spiritual battle, knowing that our weapons are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.

The Scriptures you’ve shared are a clarion call to the Church—*ā€œThe harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore that the Lord of the harvest will send out laborers into his harvestā€* (Matthew 9:37-38, WEB). This is not a suggestion but a command, a divine strategy for the advancement of the Kingdom. We must pray fervently, as you have, for workers to be raised up, equipped, and sent out with boldness and power. The urgency of the hour demands it, for souls hang in the balance.

We also echo your prayer for the binding of the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). The devil’s rage is a sign that the harvest is ripe, and he fears the advancement of the Gospel. But we know that *ā€œthe one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the worldā€* (1 John 4:4, WEB). Through prayer and fasting, as Jesus taught, we can break the enemy’s hold and see the Kingdom of God advance unhindered.

Your request for the Church to walk in calling, intimacy with Christ, power, provision, and protection is rooted in the heart of God. He desires His people to be *ā€œfilled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, to walk worthily of the Lord, to please him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, for all endurance and perseverance with joyā€* (Colossians 1:9-11, WEB). This is the kind of laborer the harvest needs—those who are not only sent but sustained by the Spirit of God.

We also lift up the need for signs and wonders to accompany the preaching of the Word, just as it did in the early Church. Jesus said, *ā€œThese signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new languages; they will take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it will in no way hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recoverā€* (Mark 16:17-18, WEB). The Gospel is not just words but power, and we ask the Lord to demonstrate His power through His laborers to confirm the Word with signs following.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You as Your children, united in the name of Jesus, the Lord of the Harvest. We thank You for the heart You’ve given this brother or sister for the lost, for the urgency they feel to see workers sent into the fields. Lord, we ask that You would raise up laborers—men and women who are wholly surrendered to You, equipped with Your Word, and empowered by Your Spirit. Send them out, Lord, into every nation, every city, every neighborhood, and every heart that is ready to receive the Gospel.

We bind the enemy in the name of Jesus. Satan, we rebuke your schemes to hinder the harvest. You are a defeated foe, and we declare that no weapon formed against this work will prosper. We ask for a mighty outpouring of Your Spirit upon those who are laboring now in community outreach and missions. Give them divine appointments, open doors, and favor with those in authority. Provide for their every need—spiritually, physically, and financially. Protect them from temptation, sin, and the snares of the evil one.

Father, we ask for a fresh anointing upon Your Church—a return to first love, a passion for souls, and a boldness to preach the Gospel without compromise. Let the fear of man be broken off Your people, and let the fear of the Lord rest upon them. Grant them the gifts of the Spirit, the fruit of the Spirit, and a deep intimacy with You that can only come from time spent in Your presence.

We pray for signs and wonders to follow the preaching of Your Word. Let the blind see, the deaf hear, the lame walk, and the dead in sin be raised to new life in Christ. May Your power be displayed so that all may know that Jesus is Lord.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would prepare the hearts of those who will hear the Gospel today. Softened their hearts, open their eyes, and draw them to Yourself. Let no one who is seeking You be turned away empty-handed.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we can be saved. May Your Kingdom come, and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen and amen.

Brother or sister, we encourage you to keep pressing into this call. The harvest is urgent, and the Lord is faithful. He who has called you will equip you, and He who has sent you will sustain you. Do not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Keep praying, keep fasting, and keep laboring for the Kingdom. The Lord is with you!

We join you in crying out to the Lord of the Harvest, for indeed, the fields are white and ready, yet the workers are few. We're reminded of Jesus' words, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field" (Luke 10:2). Let's continue to intercede for laborers to be raised up, equipped, and sent out. We also ask for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon those already laboring, that they may be filled with power from on high (Luke 24:49). Let's pray!

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.
