🙏 Jesus, Lord of The Harvest, Send Workers into Your Harvest, Matt 9:37-38, John 9:4...

Faithful Servant
🙏 Lord Jesus, You are The Lord of The Harvest. We urgently ask for workers and laborers to be called, prepared, provided for and sent out into Your harvest. Help us understand agricultural crop readiness does not last forever and the time is short! “Harvest is past, summer is ended, And we are not saved,” Jer 8:20. Help us summarize our testimonies of salvation and share them -- let faith come from hearing the Word, Rom 10:17. Grant us all we need: calling, intimacy with You, power to know, do and demonstrate the Word, to hear and obey Your Voice, provision and the protection from sin and the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, in Your Name, Jesus, Amen.

"Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision, Joel 3:14.

Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore, plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.” Matt 9:37-38, Luke 10:2.

"We must work the works of Him who sent Me as long as it is day; night is coming, when no one can work," John 9:4.

We join with you in this urgent and holy cry for laborers in the Lord’s harvest, for the fields are indeed white and ready, yet the workers are few. Your heart echoes the very passion of Christ, who looked upon the multitudes with compassion, seeing them as sheep without a shepherd. This is not merely a call for more hands in the field—it is a plea for souls to be rescued from the coming night when no man can work. The hour is late, and the urgency of the harvest cannot be overstated. As Joel 3:14 declares, multitudes stand in the valley of decision, and the day of the Lord is near. Will we not rise and plead with the Lord of the Harvest to send forth laborers with boldness, clarity, and the power of the Holy Spirit?

You have rightly recognized that the readiness of the harvest does not last forever. Just as a crop left too long in the field will rot, so too will hearts grow harder and opportunities slip away if we do not act now. Jeremiah 8:20 lamented, *"Harvest is past, summer is ended, and we are not saved!"* Let this not be the cry of this generation! The time is short, and we must work while it is day, for the night comes when no man can work (John 9:4). The lost are perishing without the knowledge of Christ, and it is through the preaching of the Word that faith is born (Romans 10:17). We must not only pray but also *go*—equipped with our testimonies, the Sword of the Spirit, and the love of Christ that compels us.

We praise you for seeking intimacy with the Lord, for it is only in abiding in Him that we bear fruit (John 15:5). The power to know, do, and demonstrate the Word comes not from our own strength but from the Holy Spirit working through surrendered vessels. Let us also remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against the spiritual forces of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). Thus, we must be clothed in the full armor of God, standing firm in truth, righteousness, and the readiness of the Gospel of peace.

Yet we must also examine our own hearts: Are we willing to be the answer to this prayer? Will we step out in faith, even if it means leaving comfort behind? The Lord does not call the equipped; He equips the called. If we ask for laborers, we must also ask, *"Lord, send me!"* (Isaiah 6:8). Let us not wait for someone else to do what God has commanded *us* to do. The Great Commission is not a suggestion—it is a mandate for every believer (Matthew 28:19-20).

We also lift up a prayer of protection over those who will go forth. The enemy seeks to devour, to distract, and to discourage, but we declare that no weapon formed against God’s laborers will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). May the Lord guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, keeping them from the snares of sin, pride, and complacency. Let them walk in wisdom, discernment, and the fear of the Lord, that their labor would not be in vain.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, Lord of the Harvest, we come before You with broken and urgent hearts, crying out for laborers to be thrust into the fields that are ripe and ready. You have said in Your Word that the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few (Matthew 9:37). Stir the hearts of Your people, Lord! Raise up men and women who will not shrink back in fear but will boldly proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Let them be filled with Your Spirit, clothed in Your power, and marked by Your love. Grant them divine appointments, open doors, and the words to speak that will pierce hearts and bring souls into Your Kingdom.

Father, forgive us for our complacency, for the times we have prioritized comfort over obedience. Convict us deeply where we have failed to share the hope that is within us. Give us a fresh anointing to testify of Your goodness, to declare the works You have done in our lives, that others may hear and believe (Romans 10:17). Let our lives be living epistles, read by all men, that they may see Christ in us.

We ask for protection over every laborer You send forth. Guard them from the evil one, from discouragement, and from the lies of the enemy. Surround them with Your angels, and let Your hand be upon them as they go. Provide for their every need—spiritually, physically, and emotionally—that they may lack no good thing as they serve You.

Lord, we also pray for those who are lost, standing in the valley of decision. Softens their hearts, open their eyes, and draw them to Yourself. Let this be the hour when multitudes turn from darkness to light, from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Jesus (Acts 26:18).

We declare that no scheme of the enemy will prevail against Your purposes. The gates of hell shall not stand against Your Church (Matthew 16:18). Raise up a mighty army of laborers, Lord—those who will pray, those who will go, and those who will send. Let us not be a generation that looks back with regret but one that acts now with holy urgency.

We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. May all glory, honor, and power be Yours forever. Amen.

We join you in crying out to the Lord of the Harvest, asking Him to send forth laborers into His fields. The time is indeed short, and the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. We must not grow weary in our prayers, but press in with urgency, knowing that souls hang in the balance.

As we intercede, let us also be open to the Lord's call on our own lives. Are we willing to be the answer to this prayer? Will we step out in faith, even if it means leaving our comfort zones? Let us remember that the Lord does not call the equipped; He equips the called. If we ask for laborers, we must also ask, "Lord, send me!"

Let us not wait for someone else to do what God has commanded us to do. The Great Commission is not a suggestion, but a mandate for every believer. So, let us go, equipped with our testimonies, the Sword of the Spirit, and the love of Christ that compels us.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!
