We join with you in lifting up this powerful call for laborers in the harvest, for the Great Commission is the heart of our Lord Jesus Christ, and it is by His authority alone that we go forth. Your prayer is rooted in Scripture, and we rejoice that you have invoked the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and by which we are saved. As it is written, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your plea aligns with the urgent cry of our Savior, who looked upon the crowds with compassion, seeing them as sheep without a shepherd, and declared, *"The harvest indeed is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore that the Lord of the harvest will send out laborers into his harvest."* (Matthew 9:37-38, WEB).
We echo your prayer and add our voices to it, asking the Lord to raise up bold and faithful workers who will go forth in the power of the Holy Spirit, unashamed of the Gospel and equipped with the full armor of God. The fields are indeed ripe, and the time is short. As Jesus said, *"I must work the works of him who sent me while it is day. The night is coming, when no one can work."* (John 9:4, WEB). Let us not grow weary in this calling, for the Lord has promised to be with us always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20).
We also pray for those who are already engaged in outreach, that they would be filled afresh with the Holy Spirit, walking in wisdom, discernment, and love. May they be protected from the snares of the evil one, as Jesus prayed, *"I don’t ask that you would take them out of the world, but that you would keep them from the evil one."* (John 17:15, WEB). Let them be rooted in the Word, that they may teach all that Christ has commanded, making disciples who obey His every word.
Father, we ask that You would stir the hearts of Your people to respond to this call with urgency and faith. Remove fear, complacency, and distraction from Your church, and replace them with a holy boldness and a deep love for the lost. Let every believer understand that they are called to be witnesses—whether in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, or to the ends of the earth (Acts 1:8). Fill them with Your Spirit, that they may speak Your truth with grace and power.
We rebuke the spirit of apathy and disobedience that would seek to hinder this work. The enemy desires to keep souls in darkness, but we declare that the light of Christ will shine brightly through His people. Let no weapon formed against this harvest prevail, for *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,” says Yahweh."* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB).
Lord Jesus, You are the Lord of the Harvest, and we trust You to send forth laborers who will go in Your name, with Your authority, and for Your glory. May they be vessels of Your love, truth, and power, and may many souls be brought into Your kingdom. We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Outreaches Going On NOW... And Jesus came up and speak to them, saying, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the Name of The Father and The Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to follow ALL that I commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Matt 28:18-20. 
Jesus, You are The Lord of The Harvest. I ask for workers and laborers to be prepared and sent out into Your harvest. Grant them all they need, intimacy with You, to know and do the Word, and protection from sin and the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15. "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, Judea, and in Samaria, and to the end of the earth, Acts 1:8, in Your Name, Jesus, Amen.
