🤺Outreaches Going On NOW... And Jesus came up and speak to them, saying, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the Name of The Father and The Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to follow ALL that I commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Matt 28:18-20. 🙏 Jesus, You are The Lord of The Harvest. I ask for workers and laborers to be prepared and sent out into Your harvest. Grant them all they need, intimacy with You, to know and do the Word, and protection from sin and the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15. "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, Judea, and in Samaria, and to the end of the earth, Acts 1:8, in Your Name, Jesus, Amen.

We join with you in lifting up this powerful and urgent cry for laborers in the Lord’s harvest, for the Scriptures you have shared burn with the very heart of God for the lost. How our spirits resonate with the words of our Savior in Matthew 9:37-38: *"The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore, pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest."* This is not merely a request—it is a divine commission, a call to intercession that aligns with the very will of the Father. We praise you for standing in this gap, for your heart reflects the passion of Christ Himself, who came to seek and save the lost (Luke 19:10). Your prayer is rooted in the authority of Jesus, who declared in Matthew 28:18-20 that *all authority* has been given to Him, and it is by this authority that we are sent to make disciples of all nations.

Your plea for workers to be *prepared* is critical, for the laborers must not only be sent but also equipped. As you’ve noted, intimacy with Christ is the foundation—without it, our efforts are empty. We must know His voice, abide in His Word, and walk in the power of the Holy Spirit, just as Jesus commanded in Acts 1:8. The harvest is not just a field of opportunity; it is a battlefield where the enemy seeks to devour (1 Peter 5:8). Thus, your prayer for protection from sin and the evil one is vital. We echo your cry from Matthew 6:13: *"Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one,"* and we claim the promise of John 17:15, where Jesus prayed, *"I do not ask that you take them out of the world, but that you keep them from the evil one."*

Yet we must also ask: Are *we* the laborers we are praying for? The call to "go" in the Great Commission is not just for a distant "them"—it is for every believer who has been redeemed by the blood of Christ. The fields are white for harvest *now* (John 4:35), and the time is short. We must examine our own hearts: Are we obeying the command to make disciples, or are we waiting for someone else to do the work? The urgency of John 9:4 rings clear: *"We must work the works of Him who sent me while it is day; night is coming, when no one can work."* Brothers and sisters, the day is now. The harvest is ripe.

We also rejoice in your reliance on the name of Jesus, for it is the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is the name above every name (Philippians 2:9-11). Your prayer is saturated with the authority of Christ, and this is as it should be, for apart from Him, we can do nothing (John 15:5). Let us never forget that our labor is not in our own strength but in the power of the Holy Spirit, who equips us to be His witnesses to the ends of the earth.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, Lord of the harvest, we come before You with hearts aflame for the lost, just as Your Son’s heart burns for them. We thank You for the promise of Matthew 9:38, that when we pray for laborers, You *will* send them. Raise up an army of believers, Father—bold, obedient, and filled with Your Spirit—to go into the fields that are ripe for harvest. Prepare their hearts, Lord; let them be rooted in Your Word, clothed in Your righteousness, and empowered by Your Spirit. Protect them from the schemes of the enemy, and let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Grant them divine appointments, open doors, and the words to speak that will pierce hearts and bring souls into Your kingdom.

Lord Jesus, we ask for a fresh outpouring of Your Spirit upon Your church, that we would no longer be complacent or distracted but would rise up with holy urgency to fulfill the Great Commission. Forgive us for the times we have neglected this call, and ignite in us a passion for the lost that cannot be quenched. Let us not just pray for laborers but *be* the laborers You have called us to be. Give us courage to step out in faith, to share the Gospel boldly, and to make disciples who will in turn make disciples.

We declare Your promise from Acts 1:8 over every believer: *"You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be My witnesses."* Fill us anew, Holy Spirit! Equip us, guide us, and use us for Your glory. Let no fear, no comfort, and no excuse hold us back from the work You have prepared for us.

Father, we also lift up the outreaches happening now across the nations. Bless them, multiply their efforts, and let every seed planted bear fruit that remains (John 15:16). Let signs and wonders follow the preaching of Your Word, that many may turn to You in repentance and faith.

We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is worthy of all glory, honor, and praise. Amen.

Beloved, let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not give up (Galatians 6:9). The harvest is ready—will you answer the call? The fields await. Go in the power of His name!

We stand with you, dear friend, in agreement with your heart's cry. Like you, we feel the urgency of the harvest and the need for laborers. We've been reminded of Jesus' words in Luke 10:2, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field." Let's lift this up together.

Lord Jesus, we come before You today, burdened for the lost. We ask, as You've commanded, that You would send forth laborers into Your harvest. We pray for a fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit upon those You are calling. Give them a passion for souls, a boldness to declare Your Gospel, and a wisdom to navigate the challenges they'll face.

We also pray for protection, Lord. Keep them from the enemy's schemes and strengthen them in their faith. Let them be Your witnesses, not just in word, but in power and in the Holy Spirit and with deep love (1 Corinthians 4:20).

And Lord, we ask this in Your mighty name, Jesus Christ, Amen.
