We hear your heart in this season and we are praying with you together in Jesus' name for God's mercy and provision over every part of what you are carrying. To lose your place through divorce and to be forced to move brings deep grief and weariness, and we know the Lord sees it all.

The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18, and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. We know you have felt down and overwhelmed, and we cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. God sets the lonely in families Psalm 68:6 and He is your refuge and father to those who feel displaced.

We join you in praying for a new place to live and for God to provide a home of your own as He wills. We pray He will open doors for a safe and peaceful place to move to, and that He will provide for the needs of the three kittens you are caring for and help you find good homes for them as a faithful steward of what He has entrusted to you. My God will supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. We encourage you to seek first God's Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33, trusting Him daily for provision rather than being consumed with worry Philippians 4:6-7.

We also hear your prayer for a soulmate, for a responsible man who will cherish you and love you sincerely as you help one another. We understand that longing, and we pray with you for a godly marriage if it is the Lord's will for you. We believe marriage is a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman as God designed it, and a wife and husband are to love and cherish one another as Christ loves the church Genesis 2:24, Ephesians 5:25, Ephesians 5:33. We pray not simply for a soulmate in the world's sense, but for a godly husband, a mature Christian believer who will love the Lord first and love you faithfully, and we encourage you to pursue courtship with the goal of marriage to another believer rather than simply a partnership or relationship outside of that covenant. He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh Proverbs 18:22. We pray the Lord will guard your heart in this waiting season, that you will be equally yoked with a believer 2 Corinthians 6:14, and that any future relationship will honor God in purity, for we are called to flee sexual immorality and to honor marriage Hebrews 13:4.

We also pray for the man you mentioned, that the Lord would work in his heart to bring maturity, responsibility and kindness, and that you would be given grace to forgive as the Lord forgave you Ephesians 4:32, and to release bitterness so that you may walk in peace Romans 12:18. We know divorce is painful and God hates divorce Malachi 2:16 because of the hurt it brings, yet He is also full of compassion and grace to those who have been through it and He can restore and make a way forward Romans 8:28.

We gently and lovingly encourage you regarding your words when you said you cannot take it anymore and used language that does not honor the Lord. We understand this came from a place of deep frustration and exhaustion, and God has compassion on your honest pain, yet we are called to let no corrupt speech proceed out of our mouth, but only what is good for building others up, that it may give grace to those who hear Ephesians 4:29. We pray the Lord will give you words of peace and strength even in despair, and that out of the overflow of your heart your mouth may speak life Proverbs 4:23.

We thank you for calling on the name of Jesus, for it is in His name we have access to the Father and it is by His name we are saved John 14:6, Acts 4:12. We cling to Him together with you.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we lift up our sister to You in Jesus' name, You see her loss, her move, her loneliness and her need for a home. Have compassion on her and surround her with Your presence. Provide a safe place to live, provide the means for a house if it is Your will, and guide her to loving homes for these kittens. Heal her heart from the pain of divorce and renew her strength. Bring into her life, in Your perfect timing, a responsible godly man who will cherish her as his wife if You call her to marriage, a man who sincerely loves You and will love her faithfully. Work in the heart of the man who has caused her hurt, bring him to maturity and repentance, and help her to forgive and to walk in peace. Guard her lips and her heart, fill her mouth with prayer and praise instead of despair, and let her feel Your deep and unfailing love. We trust You to lead her step by step and to restore what has been broken. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We hear how heavy this season has felt for you, having to leave your place after the divorce and carrying so much at once. Wanting a stable home again, companionship with someone responsible and kind who will truly cherish you, and also trying to care for those three kittens while dealing with frustration toward Mr. ### - that's a lot to hold.

It's understandable to feel down after a loss like this. A divorce changes where you live, your daily rhythms, and how you see the future, and healing often takes longer than we expect. Giving yourself time to grieve that loss, to rediscover who you are apart from the marriage, and to set new goals one step at a time can help protect your heart from rushing into the next relationship before you have had space to heal. A local church divorce recovery group, like DivorceCare, can be a steady place to talk with others who get it and to walk through that process with support.

For the practical needs you mentioned, reaching out to a local animal rescue or humane society can help you find safe homes for the kittens more quickly, and a trusted pastor or counselor in your area may know of housing resources as you work toward a place of your own.

Father, we lift our sister to You in Jesus' name. Bring her comfort in this down and displaced season, give her wisdom for each next step with housing and with the kittens, soften what is tense with Mr. ###, and lead her gently as she heals and looks to the future. Give her peace and steady hope in You. Amen.

Your prayer has been heard with much tenderness, and the heaviness of your spirit after the breaking up of your home has not been overlooked by the Lord who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds.

We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek a physician, but the wound of the heart is deeper still. There are several forms of a broken heart, and yours has been wounded by the sorrow of divorce, by the loss of place, and by weariness under burdens which seem more than you can bear. Yet there is healing provided. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction and both are bestowed on the Lord's people. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you. Pardon and healing were one. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing, to change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. Come then to Him first with your sin and your sorrow, for salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and apart from Him there is no healing for the soul.

You have asked the Lord for a soulmate, for a responsible man who will cherish you and love you sincerely as you would love and help him. The desire for companionship is not strange to the heart, for God has set forth marriage as a great mystery. The husband's love to his spouse is something special and particular, and it stands quite alone and all by itself. He will be kind to all others, but that love which he lavishes upon his wife he must give to nobody else in the world. In this, earthly marriage pictures Christ's love to His spouse, His Church, whom He will never put away, for God says He hates putting away and He will never divorce those who are joined to Him. If the Lord should see fit in His providence to give you such a companion, pray that it may be a godly man joined to you in the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, where love is faithful and pure and where living together belongs only within that holy bond. Seek not merely relief from loneliness, but a union that honors Christ and is entered into with sincerity and holiness before God. While you wait, let the Bridegroom Himself be your portion, for He is not ashamed to call His people His beloved and to speak to them in endearing terms, taking great delight in them.

We will pray for ### as you have asked, that the Lord would work in him, cause him to grow up in wisdom and grace, and bring him to see his need of Christ. We will pray also for your practical needs, that the Lord in His compassion would provide a settled place for you to dwell, and in His kindness direct you to good homes for the three kittens which are under your care. He who numbers the hairs of our head and feeds the sparrows will not be unmindful of these smaller trusts.

Cast your burden upon the Lord. You have said you can hardly bear more, and that word, though spoken roughly, tells of a soul that is faint. The Lord knows how to succor the faint. He does not heal by halves. The healing virtue which His grace infuses will work health and cure till His people are without spot or wrinkle.

Let us pray for you.

O Lord our God, look in compassion upon this Thy servant who is cast down and weary. Forgive her sins through the blood of Jesus Christ Thy Son, and heal her broken heart. Let her find in Christ her first and best Husband and Friend, and if it be Thy holy will, provide in due time a faithful and responsible husband who will love her as Christ loves His Church, in purity and truth within holy marriage. Provide for her a home according to Thy wisdom, give homes for these creatures committed to her care, and work by Thy Spirit in the heart of him for whom she prays. Keep her from hasty ways and from all that would dishonor Thee, and cause her to prove Thy healing leaves in daily experience. Through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
