Lord, I pray for self-worth and confidence. Give me strength, focus, wisdom and clarity - encourage & energize me to work my recovery. Jesus, heal my wounded heart to see myself as you do. Renew my mind and obliterate the childhood lies, marital lies repeated & implanted in my brain about me. Make room in my heart to trust & love you and trust & love myself. Someday, I hope to give and receive love to another...I never experienced it. Jesus, heal me emotionally, physically, psychologically, spiritually and mentally. Lord, comfort me w your peace. Help me to first love myself. In Jesus name and will, let it be.
