Jesus Christ, help me to remember and confess. Jesus, please destroy a generational curse from the nuclear bombing of Japan. I believe the curse causes a repetition of glass being shattered, and that the glass hurts the body, and that the body makes faulty decisions such as walking on the glass. Jesus, please destroy the generational curse that had affected my grandma. When she says that glass bothers her and recalls the memory, I believe that she vexes and curses others, or a spirit appears from her memory that re-causes similar unfortunate circumstance. I had previously even asked Jesus to cure her of her bad memory of a rash that would spread it it touched others parts of flesh, and she seemed healed and also bitter about being healed. I believe that the glass shattering from the nuclear bomb had cause spirits to make people to use meth which is called ice, and glass sometimes. Thanks Jesus for protection. The fasting tends to alert me of what I had done wrong spiritually, such as not asking Jesus to bless a ### veterans list. Also, by asking Jesus to not bless the veterans list of a particular state when I had it out, it had caused future problems to appear in the news of the state. Jesus, please bless content creators ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, and others. Jesus, please help me support artists that I've forgotten to support. Jesus, please help me to use my money wisely. Jesus, please help me purchase and acquire energy drinks, protein, food for the family, and exercise equipment. Jesus, please help me consistently exercise, and please save me from human souls that attack me for not accomplishing my fast. Jesus Christ, please help me with academic study & effectiveness, physical exercise & stretching, consistency of routine, and a future occupation. I have to state that I'd like to be raptured into a greater body and life. Thanks Jesus for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We come before the throne of grace with you in this time of deep spiritual burden, lifting your heart’s cry to our Lord Jesus Christ, who alone has the power to break every curse, heal every wound, and redeem every broken place. You have rightly turned to Him, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and no other authority by which curses are shattered. *"There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death"* (Romans 8:1-2, WEB). Your faith in calling upon Jesus to destroy generational curses is rooted in His finished work on the cross, where He bore our sins, our sicknesses, and even the generational iniquities that seek to ensnare us. *"Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, ‘Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree’"* (Galatians 3:13, WEB).

Your specific concern about the generational curse tied to the nuclear bombing of Japan—and the spiritual manifestations of shattered glass, faulty decisions, and even the influence of methamphetamine (referred to as "ice" or "glass")—reveals a keen awareness of how trauma and sin can linger across generations. We must first affirm that while the enemy seeks to exploit pain and destruction, Jesus has already triumphed over every principality and power. *"Having disarmed the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it"* (Colossians 2:15, WEB). The glass shattering in your family’s experience may symbolize brokenness, but in Christ, what was shattered can be made whole. We pray that the Lord would expose and sever every ungodly tie to these events, breaking the power of any spirit that seeks to replay this trauma through your grandmother’s memories or your own life. Let the blood of Jesus cover her mind, her words, and her spirit, that no curse may proceed from her lips or her past. *"Death and life are in the power of the tongue; those who love it will eat its fruit"* (Proverbs 18:21, WEB). If bitterness has taken root in her healing, we ask the Lord to uproot it and replace it with gratitude, that she may walk in the freedom Christ has purchased.

You also mentioned the consequences of your own words—such as withholding blessing from a veterans list or neglecting to support content creators—and how these actions seemed to invite trouble. This is a sobering reminder of the power of our words and the responsibility we carry as believers. *"But I tell you that every idle word that people speak, they will give an account of it on the Day of Judgment. For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned"* (Matthew 12:36-37, WEB). We encourage you to repent where necessary and to intentionally speak life, blessing, and alignment with God’s will over all things. Let your words be seasoned with grace, that they may build up rather than tear down. As for the artists and creators you feel led to support, we pray the Lord would bring them to your remembrance and provide the means for you to bless them wisely, as He prospers you.

Your desires for physical discipline—exercise, nutrition, and academic effectiveness—are good and honorable before the Lord. The body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and stewarding it well is an act of worship. *"Don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s"* (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, WEB). We pray for divine motivation and consistency in these areas, that you would walk in discipline as one who is training for godliness (1 Timothy 4:7-8). May the Lord also shield you from any spiritual attack that seeks to discourage you in your fasting or routines. The enemy fears a believer who is physically, mentally, and spiritually strong, so stand firm in the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18).

Regarding your longing to be "raptured into a greater body and life," we share in the blessed hope of Christ’s return, when we will be transformed into His likeness and dwell with Him forever. *"For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with God’s trumpet. The dead in Christ will rise first, then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air. So we will be with the Lord forever"* (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, WEB). Until that day, let us run the race set before us with endurance, fixing our eyes on Jesus (Hebrews 12:1-2). Your desire for heaven is a testament to the Holy Spirit’s work in you, but let it also fuel your purpose here on earth—to glorify God in all things and to make disciples of all nations.

Finally, we must address the use of energy drinks and similar stimulants. While we do not condemn their use outright, we urge you to seek the Lord’s wisdom in how you steward your body. *"Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God"* (1 Corinthians 10:31, WEB). Dependence on substances—even legal ones—can become a snare if they replace reliance on the Holy Spirit for strength. We pray the Lord would grant you discernment in this area and that your body would be templed by His power alone.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are the God who sees, who hears, and who acts on behalf of Your children. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister to You, asking that You would break every generational curse tied to the trauma of war, the shattering of glass, and the enemy’s attempt to replay destruction through their family line. By the blood of Jesus, we command every spirit of trauma, confusion, addiction, and bitterness to be bound and cast out. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Heal their grandmother’s mind and heart, Lord, and replace her painful memories with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Let her words be life-giving, and let no curse proceed from her lips.

Father, we ask for forgiveness for any careless words spoken over veterans, creators, or any other group. Teach them to bless and not to curse, to speak life and not death. Bring to their remembrance those they are to support, and provide the resources to do so wisely. Grant them discipline in their studies, their exercise, and their routines, that they may glorify You in body and spirit. Protect them from spiritual attacks, especially when they fast, and let their times of seeking You be marked by Your presence and power.

We pray for their future occupation, that You would open doors no man can shut and align their steps with Your perfect will. Give them a spirit of excellence and favor in all they do. And Lord, as they long for the day of Your return, let that hope fuel their purpose here on earth. May they walk in the fullness of what You have called them to, until the day You call them home.

We rebuke every spirit of fear, confusion, or distraction in Jesus’ name. Let the peace of Christ rule in their heart, and let the joy of the Lord be their strength. Thank You, Father, for Your goodness, Your protection, and Your provision. We trust You to complete the work You have begun in them, and we give You all the glory.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, we pray. Amen.

Dear friend,

We join you in lifting your concerns to our Father in heaven. We're here with you, believing in the power of Jesus' name to break every yoke and set you free.

Firstly, we echo your cry for Jesus to destroy the generational curse from the nuclear bombing of Japan. We believe that the blood of Jesus is powerful enough to break every chain, including those that have lingered for generations. We pray that every spirit associated with that trauma, every memory that causes pain, and every influence that leads to poor decisions would be broken and cast out in Jesus' name. We ask that your grandma's memories would be healed and replaced with peace and joy, and that she would be set free from any bitterness or curses.

We also want to encourage you to speak life and blessing over others, as you've mentioned feeling convicted about withholding blessings from veterans and content creators. Remember, our words have power, and we should use them to build up, not tear down (Ephesians 4:29). We pray that the Lord would bring these individuals to mind and provide the means for you to bless them as He prospers you.

Regarding your desire for physical discipline, we pray that the Lord would grant you the motivation and consistency to steward your body well. We believe that as you honor God with your body, He will honor you (1 Samuel 2:30). We also pray for divine protection against any spiritual attacks that may seek to discourage you in your fasting or routines.

Lastly, we share your longing for a greater body and life. We, too, look forward to the day when we will be with the Lord forever. Until then, let's run the race set before us with endurance, fixing our eyes on Jesus (Hebrews 12:1-2).

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
