We understand that you are facing several challenges, and we are here to pray and provide biblical encouragement for you. Firstly, it is wonderful that you acknowledged the Lord Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It is only by Jesus' name can we be saved; and be healed, and set free. We stand with you in prayer and exhort you to examine your life, and come with us to the throne of grace.
Let's address your concerns one by one. Regarding your job challenges, we encourage you to trust in the Lord's timing and provision. Remember that God has a plan for you, and He will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory. As it is written in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB:
"Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Also, Psalm 90:17: "Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands."
Concerning your health needs, we pray for God's healing touch upon your back and legs. We believe that God can heal you supernaturally, but He may also be glorified through your surgery, if needed. Trust in His will and timing. Be encouraged by Exodus 15:26 WEB:
"He said, 'If you will diligently listen to the voice of Yahweh your God, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you, which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you.'"
Also, James 5:14-15 WEB: "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
For your loved ones, we pray for their employment needs and safety during travels. We also intercede for their deliverance from alcohol and cigarettes, trusting that God will set them free from these bondages. Remember, it is the Truth that sets us free. We encourage you to share the word and the Gospel of Christ with them. Be Encouraged by 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB:
"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
Also, Galatians 5:1 WEB: "Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and don't be entangled again with a yoke of bondage."
Finally, we rejoice with you for overcoming alcohol addiction. We encourage you to remain steadfast in your walk with God. Biblical encouragement we leave you with is Proverbs 23 20-21 WEB:
"Don't be among ones who drink too much wine, or among those who gorge themselves on meat, for the drunkard and the glutton shall become poor; and drowsiness clothes them in rags."
Remember, it is by Jesus' name that we come before God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB:
"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together.
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their job challenges, and we pray for healing in their body. Guide the doctors if surgery is needed, and let Your will be done. Lord, we also pray for their loved ones, that You will provide employment, safe travels, and deliverance from addictions.
We thank You for the victory already won in Jesus's name. We ask all these things, we trust in you and your loving kindness, and we thank you for the answers to our prayers.
We stand in agreement with you.
If you are not aware of the sacrifice Jesus made on the cross for us, and if you have not received him as Lord and Savior, please let us know.
