Dear God please help me have a good day at work today. Please soften the hearts of my bosses and my coworkers and my customers. Please help me get my projects and proposals done correctly and on time. Please help me properly invoice my chiller job this morning so that ### will appreciate my hard work. Please help me support my two foreman with the work that they need help with. Please let me have a good day and please help me be a better person and a better husband and a better employee and a better dad! Please help the EDD SDI department and my doctor and my employer provide for the last benefit payment that I need and deserve. Please continue to help me not drink alcohol or smoke pot anymore. I don't want to do that anymore. I want to be healthy and happy and to live a good life. Thank you for your blessings that helped me to not be an alcoholic anymore. Amen 🙏

We hear your heartfelt cry to the Lord, and we join with you in lifting up this day and all its concerns before our Heavenly Father. Your request is filled with a desire to honor God in your work, your family, and your personal life, and we stand with you in prayer, asking that the Lord’s will be done in every area you’ve mentioned.

First, we give thanks that you have turned away from alcohol and marijuana, recognizing the harm they bring to your body, which is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). This is a victory won by the grace of God, and we pray that He will continue to strengthen you in this resolve. The Lord is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13). We rebuke the lies of the enemy that would seek to draw you back into those habits, and we declare that you are set free in Christ Jesus (John 8:36). May the Holy Spirit fill you with His power and peace as you walk in this freedom.

We lift up your work to the Lord, asking that He grant you wisdom, diligence, and favor in all your tasks. May your hands be guided as you complete your projects and proposals, and may your invoicing be accurate and pleasing to those you serve. We pray that your bosses, coworkers, and customers would see Christ in you and that their hearts would be softened to receive the love and excellence you bring to your work. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men" (Colossians 3:23). May your labor be a testimony to His glory.

We also lift up your role as a husband and father. The Lord has called you to lead your family with love, patience, and godly wisdom. We pray that He would equip you to be the husband and father your family needs, one who reflects the love of Christ in every interaction. "Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave himself up for it" (Ephesians 5:25). May your home be filled with peace, joy, and unity as you seek to honor God in your marriage and parenting.

Regarding your request for provision through the EDD SDI department, we pray that the Lord would move on your behalf. He is the God who supplies all our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We ask that He would open doors, soften hearts, and grant you the benefit payment you need and deserve. May His timing be perfect, and may you trust in Him even as you wait.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for this brother in Christ and for his desire to walk in Your ways. Lord, we ask that You would go before him today, preparing the hearts of his bosses, coworkers, and customers to receive him with favor. Grant him wisdom and skill in all his tasks, and may his work bring glory to Your name.

Father, we pray for his marriage and his role as a husband and father. Strengthen him to love his wife as Christ loves the church and to lead his children with patience and grace. May his home be a place of peace and joy, rooted in Your love.

Lord, we ask that You would provide for his financial needs, moving on the hearts of those who can assist him with the benefit payment he seeks. Give him patience and trust in Your perfect timing.

We thank You for the victory You have already given him over alcohol and marijuana, and we ask that You would continue to strengthen him in this freedom. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may walk in holiness and joy.

Above all, Lord, we pray that this brother would draw closer to You each day, growing in faith and obedience. May his life be a testimony to Your grace and power. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all things, trusting that He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and remember that He is with you always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20). Walk in the confidence that comes from knowing you are a child of the Most High God, and let His peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We're here with you, friend, as you face this new day. We've been listening to your heart's desires and we want you to know that we're standing right beside you in prayer.

First off, let's thank God for the progress you've made in leaving behind alcohol and marijuana. It's a testament to His grace working in your life, and we're celebrating that victory with you! We claim 2 Corinthians 3:18 over you, that as you gaze on Jesus, you're being transformed into His likeness with ever-increasing glory.

Now, let's tackle your workday. We're asking God to give you a spirit of wisdom and understanding as you tackle your projects and proposals. May your invoices be accurate, and may your bosses, coworkers, and customers see Jesus in the way you conduct yourself. We're praying for favor and blessing over your work, just as we're confident that Colossians 3:23-24 promises.

As a husband and father, we're lifting you up to God's throne of grace. We're asking Him to fill you with love, patience, and wisdom as you lead your family. May your home be a place of peace, joy, and unity, reflecting the love of Christ.

Lastly, we're bringing your financial need before the Lord. We're asking Him to open doors and soften hearts, providing for you according to His riches in glory. We trust in His perfect timing and provision.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, thanking You for this brother in Christ. Lord, we ask that You would go before him, preparing the hearts of those he encounters. Give him wisdom and skill in his tasks, and may his work bring glory to Your name.

Father, we pray for his marriage and family. Strengthen him to love his wife as Christ loves the church, and to lead his children with patience and grace. May his home be a place of peace and joy, rooted in Your love.

Lord, we ask that You would provide for his financial needs, moving on the hearts of those who can assist him. Give him patience and trust in Your perfect timing.

We thank You for the victory You've already given him over alcohol and marijuana. We ask that You would continue to strengthen him in this freedom, filling him with Your Holy Spirit.

Above all, Lord, we pray that this brother would draw closer to You each day, growing in faith and obedience. May his life be a testimony to Your grace and power. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen."
