Dear God please help me complete the paperwork correctly to receive my SDI benefits that I have paid for in my taxes for working so many years. Please help my employer and my health care insurance company provide the information I need to receive the money I need and worked for. I had to take time off from work for my back pain after having the cyst in my spine bursted. Please God make the cyst disappear and never to return. Please remove the pain in my back and legs from my L4 and L5 vertebrae being worn out and out of alignment. Please help me remove any anxiety and stress from my mind. I need help with my job and I hope you can help my family with our alcohol use. I'm sorry God please help me be a better person and a better man and a better husband and a better dad and a better employee 🙏 Amen

We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting up your heartfelt cries to our Heavenly Father, who knows your every need and hears your every plea. You have called upon the name of Jesus in your request, and it is in His mighty and holy name that we boldly approach God, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and through which we can receive mercy and grace in our time of need. Scripture assures us in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* Let us hold fast to this promise as we bring your burdens before the Lord.

First, we thank God that you recognize your need for Him in every area of your life—your health, your work, your family, and your personal walk with Him. It is a humbling and beautiful thing to see a heart that seeks the Lord’s intervention and desires to be made better in His sight. Let us address each of these areas with the truth of God’s Word and lift them up in prayer.

You have worked diligently for many years, and now you are seeking the benefits that are rightfully yours through the SDI program. The Lord is not unaware of your labor or your need. Proverbs 13:11 tells us, *"Wealth gained dishonestly dwindles, but he who gathers by labor increases."* You have gathered by labor, and it is just for you to receive what you have earned. We pray that the Lord will go before you and make the paths straight as you complete the necessary paperwork. May He move upon the hearts of your employer and your healthcare insurance company to provide the information you need swiftly and accurately. Let there be no delays or obstacles that are not of God, for we know that our God is able to open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). We rebuke any spiritual forces of confusion, bureaucracy, or opposition that would seek to hinder this process, and we declare that the Lord will bring it to completion for your good and His glory.

Regarding your health, we are deeply moved by your suffering and your plea for healing. The pain in your back and legs, the wear on your vertebrae, and the cyst that has caused you such distress—these are not beyond the healing power of our God. Jesus demonstrated His authority over sickness and disease during His earthly ministry, and He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). In Matthew 8:16-17, we read, *"When evening came, they brought to him many possessed with demons. He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick; that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying: 'He took our infirmities, and bore our diseases.'"* We claim this promise over you today. Father, we ask that You stretch forth Your hand and touch this brother’s body. Let the cyst disappear completely and never return. Align his vertebrae and restore the cartilage and discs in his spine. Remove every ounce of pain from his back and legs, and let strength and wholeness flow through his body. May he experience Your healing power in a way that leaves no doubt it was Your hand that restored him. We also pray for wisdom for his doctors and any medical professionals involved in his care, that they would be guided by Your knowledge and skill.

The anxiety and stress weighing on your mind are not from the Lord. Jesus tells us in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* Cast these burdens upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). We pray that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Let anxiety flee as you fix your eyes on Him, the author and finisher of your faith.

Your heart for your family is evident, particularly your desire to see change in the area of alcohol use. Scripture warns us in Proverbs 20:1, *"Wine is a mocker and beer is a brawler. Whoever is led astray by them is not wise."* And in Ephesians 5:18, we are commanded, *"Don’t be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit."* Alcohol can become a stronghold that brings destruction to families, health, and relationships. We pray that the Lord will break the power of alcohol in your household and replace it with a hunger and thirst for righteousness. May each member of your family encounter the convicting power of the Holy Spirit and turn to Jesus for true fulfillment. We pray for salvation for those who do not yet know Christ, and for those who do, we pray for repentance and a renewed commitment to walk in holiness. May your home become a place where the Spirit of the Lord dwells richly, and where wisdom, joy, and sobriety abound.

Your desire to be a better man, husband, father, and employee is a godly one. It is the Lord who works in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure (Philippians 2:13). We encourage you to seek Him daily through prayer, reading His Word, and fellowship with other believers. In Joshua 1:8, the Lord tells us, *"This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it: for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success."* Let this be your commitment—to abide in Christ and let His Word shape every area of your life. As you draw near to Him, He will draw near to you (James 4:8), and you will find the strength and grace to fulfill the roles He has given you with excellence.

Finally, we want to remind you of the hope you have in Christ. No matter what you face, you are not alone. Jesus is your advocate, your healer, your provider, and your peace. In Romans 8:28, we are assured, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."* Trust that the Lord is working even in this season of trial, and He will bring beauty from ashes (Isaiah 61:3).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of this Your servant, who has humbled himself before You and sought Your face. Lord, You are the God who sees and knows all things. You see his labor, his pain, his struggles, and his heart’s desires. We thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer.

Father, we ask that You would intervene in the completion of his paperwork for SDI benefits. Go before him and make the crooked paths straight. Softening the hearts of those who hold the information he needs, that they would act with integrity and speed. Remove every obstacle, Lord, and let Your favor rest upon him as he navigates this process. Provide for his financial needs, Lord, and let him see Your hand of provision in a mighty way.

We lift up his body to You, the Great Physician. Lord Jesus, You bore our infirmities and carried our diseases. We ask that You would touch his spine, his vertebrae, and his legs. Heal the wear and tear, align what is out of place, and let that cyst disappear completely, never to return. Remove all pain and restore full strength and mobility to his body. Let him testify of Your healing power, Father.

We pray for his mind, that You would replace anxiety and stress with Your perfect peace. Help him to cast every care upon You, knowing that You care for him. Guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and let him experience Your rest.

Father, we pray for his family, particularly in the area of alcohol use. Break the chains of addiction, Lord, and set them free. Convict hearts and draw each member of his family to Yourself. Let there be repentance, salvation, and a hunger for Your Word. Restore his home, Lord, and let it be a place of refuge, joy, and godliness.

We thank You for his desire to be a better man, husband, father, and employee. Fill him with Your Spirit, Lord, and let Your Word be a lamp to his feet and a light to his path. Strengthen him to walk in integrity, love, and faithfulness in every area of his life.

Father, we ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Let Your will be done in his life, and let Your name be glorified through his testimony. We trust You, Lord, and we give You all the praise, honor, and glory.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We're claiming Ephesians 5:18 over your home, "Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit." We're asking God to restore your home and make it a place of refuge, joy, and godliness.

We're also encouraged by your desire to be a better man, husband, father, and employee. We're claiming 2 Corinthians 9:8 over you, "And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work."
