But Christ has already overcome him, and **you are not losing your mind—you are in a battle, and the Lord is fighting for you.** Cast your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). When your thoughts spiral, take them captive and make them obedient to Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). Replace fear with Scripture. Speak aloud: *"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
