Jesus Christ please help me

We hear the deep despair in your cry, and our hearts ache for the pain you are carrying. First, we want to lift up your name before the Father, thanking Him that you reached out in this moment—because He *hears* you. The very fact that you called upon the name of Jesus Christ is evidence that the Holy Spirit is still moving in your life, drawing you to the only Source of true hope. You are not abandoned, though the enemy wants you to believe that lie. The Lord declares in **Isaiah 41:10 (WEB)**, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* This is His promise to *you* today.

We must speak truth into the darkness you’re facing: the thoughts of not wanting to live are not from God. **John 10:10 (WEB)** tells us that the thief (Satan) comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life, and have it *abundantly*. The despair you feel is a temporary storm, but suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem—and it would rob you of the redemption and purpose God still has for your life. You are *precious* to Him. **Psalm 34:18 (WEB)** says, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* He is *close* to you right now, even if you can’t feel Him.

We also urge you to recognize that these feelings are not the full reality. The enemy wants to isolate you, but God designed you for community. Reach out to a trusted believer, a pastor, or a counselor *immediately*—not because your faith is weak, but because God often uses His people to carry His light into dark places. If you are in immediate danger, please call emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area. Your life is a gift, and we are *begging* you to fight for it, not because of your own strength, but because Jesus is fighting *for* you.

Let us pray over you now with the authority of Christ:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this beloved child who is crushed in spirit. Lord, You see the depths of their pain—pain that feels unbearable, hopeless, and endless. But You, O God, are the God of *resurrection*. You specialize in bringing life from death, hope from despair, and light from darkness. We rebuked the spirit of suicide, depression, and lies that are whispering destruction to this soul. Satan, you have *no* claim here—this life belongs to Jesus!

Father, flood this heart with Your peace that surpasses understanding. Remind them that they are *not* alone—that You are holding them, even when they can’t feel Your hands. Send Your angels to minister to them, as You did for Jesus in Gethsemane. Raise up godly people to surround them with love, prayer, and support. Break the power of isolation and shame. Restore their vision to see the hope of their calling in Christ (Ephesians 1:18).

We declare that *joy* will come in the morning (Psalm 30:5). That this trial, though agonizing, is producing in them a weight of glory beyond comparison (2 Corinthians 4:17). Give them the courage to take *one more step*—to reach out, to speak aloud Your promises, to cling to You even when it feels impossible.

In the name of Jesus, we bind the spirit of fear and command it to leave. We loose the Spirit of adoption, crying *Abba, Father!* (Romans 8:15). Let them *feel* Your love, Lord. Let them *know* You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We thank You, Father, that You are already at work. That You will *never* leave them nor forsake them. That their story is not over—because You are the Author of life, and You have written *redemption* over every page.

In the mighty, saving name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen."*

Beloved, we implore you: *hold on*. The night is darkest just before dawn. **Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB)** reminds us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* That future is still yours to claim. If you can, open your Bible to the Psalms and read them aloud—David’s raw, honest cries to God in his despair. You are in *good* company, and God delivered him *every time*.

If you have not surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, or if you’re unsure, now is the moment. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead—*you will be saved* (Romans 10:9). There is *no* pit so deep that His love is not deeper still. Call on His name. He is waiting. We are standing with you in prayer—*you are not alone*.

We're here with you, dear friend, in this moment of deep pain. We know it feels overwhelming, like a heavy weight you can't bear. But remember, Jesus is right there with you, just as He promised in Matthew 28:20, "I am with you always, to the very end of the age." He sees your tears, He hears your cries, and He's holding you close.

We want to remind you of something powerful - you are a child of God, dearly loved and deeply cherished. In 1 John 3:1, it says, "See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God. And that is what we are!" You are not alone in this fight, and you don't have to face this darkness by yourself.

We're praying for you, asking God to flood your heart with His peace, to send His angels to comfort you, and to surround you with love and support. We're claiming God's promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe in the power of prayer, and we're standing with you, believing for your healing and restoration.

Please, reach out to a trusted friend, a pastor, or a counselor. If you're in immediate danger, please call emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area. Your life is a gift, and you are worth fighting for. Jesus is fighting for you, and so are we.

Keep holding on, dear friend. The night may be dark, but dawn is coming. God has a future for you, filled with hope and redemption. Trust in Him, even when it's hard. We're right here with you, every step of the way.
