Jesus cannot get what I wanted

Faithful Servant
Jesus cannot get what I wanted and cannot provide a job and a wife for me so now I tried on my terms and it is relaxed, I don't need to pray to him or read some ancient storybook called the Bible and believe that it will work. Jesus cannot ignite the passion that was gone and let it be and he just does not know what I need and let me be mocked and looked down upon and that is the consequence of relying on his will now no more Jesus will as it is in the donation bin.

Oh, our hearts are deeply grieved to hear these words, for they reveal a spirit of bitterness, unbelief, and rebellion against the very One who gave His life for you. We must speak the truth in love, for your eternal soul is at stake. You have turned away from the only Source of true hope, peace, and fulfillment, and instead, you are placing your trust in your own efforts—efforts that will ultimately fail without Christ. The Bible warns us in Proverbs 14:12, *"There is a way which seems right to a man, but in the end, it leads to death."* And again in Jeremiah 17:5, *"Cursed is the man who trusts in man, who makes flesh his strength, and whose heart departs from Yahweh."*

You say Jesus cannot provide for you, yet the Scriptures declare in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* You claim He does not know what you need, but Jesus Himself said in Matthew 6:8, *"Your Father knows what things you need before you ask him."* You speak of being mocked and looked down upon, but Jesus warned us in John 15:18-19, *"If the world hates you, you know that it has hated me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own. But because you are not of the world, since I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you."* The mockery you face is not a sign of God’s failure but a confirmation that you are His—if you would only turn back to Him.

You have cast aside the will of God as if it were worthless, but His will is perfect, holy, and good (Romans 12:2). You call the Bible an "ancient storybook," yet it is the very Word of God, living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). It is not a collection of fables but the truth by which all men will be judged. Jesus said in John 12:48, *"He who rejects me and doesn’t receive my sayings has one who judges him. The word that I spoke will judge him in the last day."*

As for your desire for a job and a wife, we understand the longing of your heart, but you must seek these things in God’s way and in His timing. A job is a gift from His hand (Deuteronomy 8:18), and a wife is a blessing He gives to those who trust in Him (Proverbs 18:22). But you cannot demand these things on *your* terms. God is not a genie who exists to grant your wishes—He is the Sovereign Lord, and His ways are higher than yours (Isaiah 55:8-9). If you seek a wife, you must pursue her in holiness, not in the passion of the flesh. You must seek a godly woman who fears the Lord, not one who satisfies your temporary desires. And you must wait on the Lord, trusting that His timing is perfect. Fornication, lust, or pursuing relationships outside of God’s design will only bring you deeper pain and separation from Him. Flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18) and pursue righteousness.

You say you no longer need to pray, but prayer is the lifeline of the believer. To abandon prayer is to cut yourself off from the very breath of God. Jesus told us in Luke 18:1 that *"we ought always to pray, and not to faint."* You say you don’t need to read the Bible, but it is your spiritual food—how can you survive without it? Jesus quoted Deuteronomy 8:3 when He said, *"Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of God’s mouth."*

Most alarmingly, you have rejected Jesus Himself. You speak as though He has failed you, but it is you who have failed to trust Him. He has never failed, and He never will. He bore your sins on the cross. He rose from the dead to give you life. He offers you forgiveness, peace, and eternal hope—yet you spit on His sacrifice by turning to your own way. This is not the path of freedom; it is the path of destruction. Proverbs 16:25 warns, *"There is a way that seems right to a man, but it leads to death."*

We plead with you: repent. Turn back to Jesus before it is too late. Your anger is a smokescreen for your pain, but Jesus is the only One who can heal it. Your frustration is real, but He is the only One who can satisfy it. You think you have found relaxation apart from Him, but true rest is found only in Christ (Matthew 11:28). Come to Him in brokeness, not in pride. Surrender your plans, your desires, your bitterness, and let Him restore you.

Humble yourself before the Lord, and He will lift you up (James 4:10). Confess your unbelief, your rebellion, your sin—and He will forgive you (1 John 1:9). Stop relying on your own strength, for it will fail you. Instead, trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We are praying for you now with broken hearts, asking God to open your eyes to the truth before it is eternally too late.

**Our Prayer for You:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, interceding for this soul who has turned away from You in bitterness and unbelief. Lord, You see the pain, the frustration, the longing for fulfillment that has led them to reject You. But You are a God who pursues the lost, who leaves the ninety-nine to find the one (Luke 15:4). We ask that You break through the hardness of their heart. Convict them deeply of their sin, not to condemn them, but to draw them back to Your mercy.

Father, remind them that apart from You, they can do nothing (John 15:5). Their efforts, their plans, their "relaxation" apart from You will only lead to emptiness. Open their eyes to see that You alone are the Source of all good things. Softens their heart to receive Your Word, not as a mere storybook, but as the living truth that saves, heals, and restores.

Lord, they long for a job and a wife, but they seek these things on their own terms. Teach them to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that You will add all these things to them (Matthew 6:33). If they are pursuing relationships outside of Your will—whether in fornication, lust, or ungodly unions—convict them and lead them to repentance. Show them the beauty of Your design for marriage, that it is holy and pure, a reflection of Christ and the Church (Ephesians 5:31-32).

Father, they feel mocked and looked down upon, but let them remember that You, too, were despised and rejected (Isaiah 53:3). You understand their pain, and You are near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). Heal their wounds, Lord, and replace their bitterness with Your peace.

Most of all, Father, draw them back to Jesus. Let them see the horror of their rejection of Him—the One who died to save them. Soften their heart to receive His forgiveness, His love, His lordship. Do not let them perish in their rebellion, but bring them to their knees in surrender.

We pray this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Let no other name be lifted up in their life but His. Restore them, Lord. Save them. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

We hear your struggle, and we're here for you. We understand that life can be tough, and it's easy to feel like God isn't meeting your needs. But remember, God's ways are not our ways. He sees the bigger picture, and He's working all things together for your good, even when it doesn't feel like it.

We know you're hurting, and we're sorry for the pain you're going through. But we want to encourage you, ###, to turn back to God. He hasn't abandoned you; you've turned away from Him. He's still there, waiting with open arms, ready to forgive and restore.

You say you don't need to pray or read the Bible, but that's like saying you don't need food or water. Prayer and God's Word are essential for your spiritual life. They're how you communicate with God and how He speaks to you. Don't cut yourself off from the very things that can bring you life.

As for a job and a wife, God knows your desires. He wants to bless you, but His timing is not always our timing. Trust that He has a plan, and it's a good one. Seek Him in all things, and He will direct your path.

Don't give up, ###. Keep fighting, keep trusting. God is faithful, even when you can't see it. Turn back to Him, and let Him heal your heart. We're praying for you, and we believe in the power of God to restore and redeem.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to gently come alongside you in this moment of deep hurt and frustration, brother. The raw honesty in your words reveals just how much pain you’ve been carrying, and we are grieving with you over the loneliness, the unmet longings, and the sense of abandonment that feel so heavy right now. It breaks our hearts to hear you speak of Jesus as distant or unable to meet your needs—because we know how deeply He loves you, even when it doesn’t feel true.

We’ve been praying for you these past days, asking the Lord to meet you right where you are—not with empty words, but with His very presence. We’re asking Him to reveal Himself to you in ways you’ve never experienced before, to ignite hope where despair has taken root, and to remind you that He sees your struggle, even when the answers don’t come as quickly as we’d all wish. Your worth is not defined by a job, a relationship, or the opinions of others—it’s anchored in the fact that Christ gave everything for you. That truth doesn’t change, even when your circumstances do.

If you’re willing, we’d love to hear how you’re doing now. Have you sensed even the smallest shift in your heart, or do these burdens still feel just as heavy? Whether you’re ready to share a praise or you’re still wrestling in the dark, we’re here to stand with you. You don’t have to carry this alone.

We’re also praying for supernatural provision—whether that’s through an unexpected opportunity, a restored sense of purpose, or even just the strength to take one more step forward. And we’re asking God to surround you with people who will reflect His love to you in tangible ways, so you won’t feel so isolated in this fight.

Please know we’re not here to offer clichés or quick fixes. We just want to keep lifting you up, believing that the One who calmed storms and healed broken hearts is still at work, even when we can’t see it yet. If you’d like, we’d be honored to pray more specifically for you—just let us know how.

May the God of all comfort draw near to you today, reminding you that He is closer than you think, and that His plans for you are good, even when the path feels impossible. We’re not giving up on praying for you, brother. Not today, not ever. In Jesus’ name.
