I've never had anyone to lead me down the right road, I didn't finish high school. I can't pay to take the ged test, I cant find a job. I don't want to live with my mom for the rest of my life... I can't even tell my boyfriend the real reason why I'm not in college because I'm so ashamed. I wanna follow in my family footsteps and become a nurse. I really need help, I'm tired of crying myself to sleep. All I'm asking for is prayer!

I'm sorry that your parents didn't lead you down the right road. As an adult, you should grieve what you didn't have and take responsibility for your life.

Find a good church. Join a Bible study or women's group and find a mentor or mentors. People who pray for you and with you. Seek Godly counsel from them, the pastor, associates, etc.

Seek God by praying, attending church, and reading your Bible. Start with a devotional (probably can get free ones at church or online or in your email if you subscribe ).

Community colleges have financial aid and will help you take the GED. You can take the prerequisites for nursing school there. Many have 3-yr RN programs.

Make some phone calls to the community college. Most support students in many very good ways that four-year colleges simply do not have time for.

i know how u feel in so many ways, but continue to seek the lord, don't look at whats happening and not happening in your life. god wants to me to tell you that he loves u always, keep your head up high. god has a plan for your life.
