I've invested cash in a business that, in my opinion, is failing. The prior owners never divulged the truth: lying, conniving employee that has deliberately caused issues to get us to go out of business, equipment that is constantly needing repaired, severe electrical and plumbing issues, structural problems with the building, etc. I feel like throwing in the towel and walking away from the mess and lose our investment. Not only that, my wife and I have health issues. Things seem only to get worse. Please pray.
