It’s Not You’re Job

1Don't condemn others, and God won't condemn you. 2God will be as hard on you as you are on others! He will treat you exactly as you treat them. 3You can see the speck in your friend's eye, but you don't notice the log in your own eye. 4How can you say, "My friend, let me take the speck out of your eye," when you don't see the log in your own eye? 5You're nothing but show-offs! First, take the log out of your own eye. Then you can see how to take the speck out of your friend's eye. 6Don't give to dogs what belongs to God. They will only turn and attack you. Don't throw pearls down in front of pigs. They will trample all over them. (Matthew 7:1-6)

When we see alcoholics, homeless people, or drug addicts often we may wonder… How did this person get into this situation? But in reality we don’t know what path in life or what misfortune brought them to such sad circumstances. And we don’t know how God is works in their lives.

Well it’s not our job to determine what is wrong with other people, no matter what we may think. Our challenge is to look for the good in other people. We should look past their misfortunes and appreciate the fact that unlike us, they overcome great obstacles everyday. Every time I manage to look past what is wrong with others and see them as children of God, I see myself and understand that I’m no better then anybody else.

God has taught me a much-needed lesson about judging people by their outward appearance. And in the future instead of looking down on the less fortunate, I have resolved to set aside judgment so I can patiently get to know the person.

Trust In Him!

When we judge others, we reveal our own imperfection!

I lately notice but if i had been a better person to my in law she wouldn't do all that.

That's why i ask for forgiveness to God.

To repair my mistakes and saved my marriage.

Jesus, thank You for Your guidance and direction with my prayers for others as You would want me too. for You are Lord, and i can look upon You for Your protection and daily needs, and needs of others, as i serve only You, for You died on the Cross for my sins and sins of others, showering us with the Blood of Jesus. i will continue to hold up those who are lost, who dont know You like i do, who return to this site with praises and thanksgiving as they lay their petitions before You. AMEN!

Father, when I think about the times it took so little to get me off track, there should be no reason for me to look at others and wonder how could they live like that. Lord, it's all about knowing You, and how fortunate we are when we have You with us. Help us to help others by not pointing out their mistakes but by introducing them to our heavenly Father and the one who paid the price for our salvation, Jesus. We can't make them believe but we can give them the opportunity to change their lives. Help us to plant the seed, that's one of the few true jobs we have here on earth. In Jesus' name, Amen.
