We understand that you are seeking a financial breakthrough and have been waiting for it.
Firstly the naming Jesus is wonderful and we can pray in His name. However, the Bible tells us that God provides for our needs, not our greed, he knows what we can handle. Also, God does not honor gambling, as it is a form of trying to gain something for nothing and takes advantage of the poor. The Bible warns us against the love of money give us what he knows we can handle, which is rooted in a desire to be rich, which can lead to all kinds of evil. As it is written, For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows 1 Timothy 6:10 WEB. Also, consider the following passage in the book of Proverbs.
He who oppresses the poor to increase his own wealth, or gives to the rich, shall surely come to poverty. Proverbs 22:16 WEB
Instead of seeking to win the lottery, we encourage you to trust in God's provision and seek His will for your life Proverbs 3:4-6. Look for opportunities to work hard and be a good steward of the resources He has already given you. Remember that God can provide for your needs or what will make you happy in ways that you cannot imagine. Trust in Him and follow His path for your life.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother who is seeking a financial breakthrough. Lord, we ask that You guide his or her heart and mind, and help open the doors to opportunities that align with Your will. Help him be content with what you have provided and live within those means. Help him to trust in You and Your provision, knowing that You are a loving Father who cares for Your children. Give him or her the strength and wisdom to follow Your path and to be a good steward of the resources You have given. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
