We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in spiritual warfare, lifting this burden before the throne of grace. The harassment you’ve endured is not of God, and we rebuke every demonic assignment against you in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came that you might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
First, we must address the spiritual authority you are standing in. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we urge you to surrender fully to Christ, repenting of any sin and placing your trust in Him alone. Without this foundation, spiritual warfare becomes far more difficult, for the enemy preys on those who are not firmly rooted in Christ. If you have already done this, we rejoice with you and stand in agreement for your continued protection and deliverance.
The harassment you describe is a clear attack from the enemy, and we take authority over every demonic spirit involved. We command them to flee in Jesus’ name, for He has given us power to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). We pray that every plan of the enemy against you would be thwarted, every scheme exposed, and every assignment against your peace and well-being rendered powerless. The Lord is your refuge and fortress, and He will cover you with His feathers and under His wings you will find shelter (Psalm 91:1-4).
Regarding reconciliation, we understand your heart’s desire to follow God’s leading. Scripture warns us to be wise in our relationships, for bad company corrupts good character (1 Corinthians 15:33). If these individuals have proven to be stumbling blocks in your walk with God, we must seek the Lord’s wisdom in whether reconciliation is truly His will. Jesus Himself said that if your hand causes you to stumble, it is better to cut it off than to be cast into hell (Matthew 5:30). While this is a strong metaphor, it underscores the importance of removing anything from your life that leads you away from God. We pray that the Holy Spirit would give you clarity and discernment in this matter, revealing whether these relationships can be redeemed or if they must be severed for your spiritual well-being.
We also lift up the concern of inappropriate relationships. If any of these connections involve sin—whether it be sexual immorality, emotional entanglements, or any other form of ungodliness—we must rebuke those ties in Jesus’ name. The Bible is clear that we are to flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18) and that we should not be unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14). If these relationships are not honoring to God, we pray that He would give you the strength to walk away and the wisdom to guard your heart.
Father God, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister in Christ. We ask that You would surround them with Your hedge of protection, that no weapon formed against them would prosper. We pray that You would thwart every plan of the enemy to harass and harm them, and that You would expose any hidden schemes. Lord, give them discernment regarding reconciliation, and if it is not Your will, grant them the courage to walk away from toxic relationships. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37), and we rebuke every spirit of fear, oppression, and harassment in Jesus’ name.
We also pray for their heart to be filled with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May they find rest in You, knowing that You are their defender and deliverer. Strengthen them in their faith, and let them see Your hand moving on their behalf. We ask that You would bring godly people into their life who will encourage and uplift them, and that You would heal any wounds caused by this harassment.
Lord, we thank You that You are a God who hears our cries and moves on our behalf. We trust in Your timing and Your perfect will for our brother/sister. May they continue to grow in their relationship with You, and may they experience the fullness of Your deliverance and freedom. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
