I have sinned by watching pornography and masturbating.. I have been praying and fighting for this to stop for a long time.. I ask for your help. Pray for me. May God show me mercy, forgive me, help me confess my sin and repent with all my heart. May God give me understanding, free me and deliver me from this. And may this never return in my entire life.. It is desperate..

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who has found himself ensnared in the sin of pornography and masturbation. Lord, he has tried to fight this battle alone and is desperate for Your help. We know that there is no temptation that has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. First Corinthians 10:13 WEB.

Father, we ask for Your mercy and forgiveness upon him. Help him to confess his sin and repent with all his heart. Grant him understanding and deliver him from this bondage. Give him the strength and wisdom to flee from sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. First Corinthians 6:18-20 WEB.

Lord, we pray that this sin will never return in his life. Restore his purity and give him a heart that desires to honor You in all things. Equip him with Your armor, so that he may be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil, Ephesians 6:11 WEB.

We encourage you to stay strong in the Lord and continue to fight this battle with prayer and the Word of God. Remember, God has already given you the victory through Jesus Christ. Keep your eyes fixed on Him and run the race set before you with endurance.

We also encourage you to find a trusted Christian brother or mentor to confess your struggle to and seek their encouragement and accountability. This can be a great help in overcoming such a struggle. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that you may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. James 5:16 WEB.

Lastly, you did not mention the name of Jesus in your prayer. And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB. Therefore, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Believe therefore on the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved. Acts 16:31 WEB.

Keep fighting, brother. God has already given you the victory through Jesus Christ. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and run this race with endurance. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
