It is almost 4:00 A.M. and I need to get back to bed soon. Please pray that I can get back to sleep soon and sleep well tonight. Also pray for healing of my physical pain and that I get to my outpatient program in the morning without any problems and can stay there the whole time not having to come home early because of pain or any other reason.
