We lift you up before the Father, knowing that He cares deeply for your every need—body, mind, and spirit. The sleepless nights you’ve endured are not unseen by Him, and we stand with you in faith, asking for His peace to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, "for God hasn’t given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). The anxiety and PTSD influences that disrupt your rest are not your portion as a child of God. We rebuke these spirits of fear and torment in the name of Jesus, commanding them to flee, for "he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4, WEB). The Lord is your refuge, and we pray He wraps you in a supernatural sense of safety, reminding you that "under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart" (Psalm 91:4, WEB). May you sleep today as a baby in its mother’s arms, trusting that He who neither slumbers nor sleeps watches over you (Psalm 121:4).
We also bring your physical ailments before the Great Physician, who bore your infirmities on the cross. The dry, flaky skin from the fungal infection, the pain in your joints, the discomfort in your eyes, and the wounds in your gut—all these we lay at His feet, asking for His healing touch. By His stripes, you *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5, WEB), and we declare restoration over your body, that every cell would align with God’s perfect design. Let the autoimmune disease be silenced, the infection cleared, and your gut renewed, for "he forgives all your iniquities; he heals all your diseases" (Psalm 103:3, WEB). We pray you’d experience the truth of Jeremiah 30:17: "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds."
The noise from the renovation below may feel overwhelming, but we ask the Lord to grant you a quietness of soul that transcends external chaos. May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7, WEB), even as hammers ring. And as you rest, we pray your body would catch up on the sleep it has missed, that you’d wake refreshed and renewed in strength, ready to fulfill the purposes He has for you.
Father, we thank You that You are Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals. We thank You that You are the Prince of Peace, who calms every storm—whether in the mind, the body, or the home. Let this season of sleeplessness and discomfort be turned to testimony, that your servant would rise with a story of Your faithfulness. Remind them that even in the watches of the night, Your love never fails, and Your mercy is new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23, WEB). Strengthen their trust in You, Lord, and let them know deep in their spirit that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28, WEB).
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray—**Amen.**

We encourage you to meditate on Psalm 4:8 as you lie down: *"In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety."* Speak this over yourself, and let faith arise in your heart. If anxiety or traumatic memories surface, take them captive and surrender them to Jesus, who has already overcome the world (John 16:33, WEB). And remember, brother or sister, that healing is often a journey—keep pressing into Him, for He is your strength and your song (Exodus 15:2, WEB). You are not forgotten; you are deeply loved.
