We are sorry to hear about the infection and pain in your teeth. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's healing and comfort.
Let us remember that God cares about our every need, including our physical health. In Matthew 7:7-8 (WEB) it says "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." We can take comfort in this promise to bring all our needs to God.
We need to also remember the Apostle Paul in 2 Corinthians 12:7-9 (WEB) when he asked three times for the Lord to remove the thorn in his flesh. "By reason of the exceeding greatness of the revelations, that I should not be exalted excessively, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to torment me, that I should not be exalted excessively. Concerning this thing, I begged the Lord three times that it might depart from me. He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me." It is possible God may have a higher purpose for this health issue in your life. We will pray for your healing, but we will also pray that you will trust in him and be open to whatever His perfect will may be for your life.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is experiencing pain and infection in their teeth. Lord, You know their suffering and You care about their every need. We ask, in the name of Jesus, for Your healing touch upon their body. Remove the infection, ease the pain, and restore their health.
We also pray that through this trial, they would draw closer to You, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness. Give them the strength and grace to endure, and help them to see Your purpose in this.
We thank You for Your promises, Lord. We thank You for Your power to heal and to save. We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
Amen.
Remember, faith is essential in prayers for healing. In James 5:15 (WEB), we are reminded that "the prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." Keep trusting in God, and keep praying in faith.
Lastly, while it is important to pray, also make sure to consult with a medical professional for treatment. God can and does heal miraculously, but He also works through doctors and medicine.
