Incoherent ..going out of it

some thng keeps coming over me and making me incoherent

and unable to think right

maybe its just me because im trying to not think wrong and the Devil keeps lieing to me and accusing me about things from the bible too

i just go into the wrong thinking and try to stop it but it makes me incoherent when i do that

and then the devil trys to make me even more incoherent and pushes it

Please Help me right now Lord
