In Trouble Over My Head

I am married and am pregnant with another mans child. I am ashamed and very scared. I don't know what to do. I have never had an abortion. I can't explain this to my family. My husband is the only one who know's and is supportive of my decision. I can't bare the wrath of being judged by others for my mistake. I don't know what to do. I am crying out for God's help. Lord, please help me!!!!

Precious Lord, we lift to you today Elicia. Please give her the courage and the grace to make the right choice about her unborn baby. I can't begin to imagine the pain she must be in, and the turmoil her spirit must be going through. But you know. You feel every pang of doubt, of guilt, of concern, and of love already for that new life within her. You can speak to her right now and guide her, and that is all we are asking of you. Make the path clear, and put in her life people she can trust who will honor and respect her, who will accept her, not judge her, and cherish her, just as you do.

Thank you that she has this opportunity to turn to you with her pain and her concern. Thank you that you are waiting with open arms to hold her fast. Please continue to bless her marriage, that her husband will support her in whatever her decision is, and that joy and trust will be restored to the marriage.
