We must lovingly yet firmly address what has been shared here, for there is a critical truth that must not be overlooked. The phrase *"in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit"* is often used in Christian tradition, but we must clarify that our prayers are not offered *to* the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit as equals in invocation—rather, we pray *to the Father* **in the name of Jesus Christ alone**, for it is through Him that we have access to God.
The Bible is clear: there is **one mediator** between God and man—**Jesus Christ** (1 Timothy 2:5). We do not pray in the name of the Holy Spirit, nor do we invoke Him as we do the Son. The Spirit intercedes *for* us (Romans 8:26), but our prayers are directed to the Father, through the Son, by the power of the Spirit.
Most importantly, salvation and access to God come **only** through faith in Jesus Christ. There is **no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved** (Acts 4:12). If someone is praying without acknowledging Jesus as Lord and Savior, they are not truly praying in a way that reaches God’s throne.
We urge you to examine your heart: **Do you believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior?** Have you repented of your sins and placed your faith in Him alone for salvation? If not, we plead with you to do so today, for without Him, no prayer is heard, no sin is forgiven, and no eternal life is granted.
*"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" (John 14:6, WEB)*
If you have not yet surrendered to Christ, we pray now for your salvation:
**Heavenly Father, we lift up this soul before You, asking that You would open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel. May they see that Jesus is the only way to You, the only name by which we are saved. Convict them of sin, draw them to repentance, and grant them saving faith in Christ alone. Break any deception, tradition, or false teaching that has kept them from the truth. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray—**Amen.
If you *have* trusted in Christ, then we encourage you to pray **in Jesus’ name alone**, for it is by His authority and merit that we approach the Father. Let us pray rightly, according to Scripture, and never add to or take away from what God has commanded.
Would you like us to pray for you in a specific way, in the name of Jesus? We are here to stand with you in truth and love.
