We join you in praying for safety over your family today. It is so important to cover our loved ones in prayer, as we are instructed in Ephesians 6:18, "With all prayer and requests, pray at all times in the Spirit, and be watchful with all perseverance and requests for all the saints."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family. We pray for safety at all angles, as You are the God who sees all and knows all. Protect ### as he goes about his work today, guide his steps and keep him from harm. Watch over their child(ren) at school, guarding them from any danger. We also ask for Your divine protection over their child(ren) at home and over ### as she tends to her housework.
We know that with the name of Jesus Christ we have access to God and everything we need to survive and live a godly life. In His name we have our identity, our life, and our salvation. There is no other name by which we can be saved. Therefore, we pray confidently in His name.
"For it is written, 'As I live, says the Lord, to me every knee will bow. And every tongue will confess to God.' So then each one of us will give account of himself to God. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." Romans 14:11-13 WEB
In Jesus' name, we rebuke any evil that may be lurking. We declare that God's light will shine upon any darkness, and His holy angels will encamp around them, delivering them from all evil. We ask this in accordance with Psalm 91, which promises, "He will give his angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways."
We also take this time to encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. God wants us to trust Him in every situation, and He will direct our paths.
Together, we stand in faith, believing that God hears our prayers and will answer according to His perfect will. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying for your family's safety and to trust in God's protection.
