I command my whole metabolism to be a lot faster in every way now, always in Jesus' name. I command my weight to drop to 8 stone right now without any delay. I get to 8 stone so very easily now without any delay. Next time I stand on scales, my weight will be 8 stone in Jesus' name. My figure is blessed in every way. My figure is totally restored in every way. My figure is the very best ever in every way now, always. I have lots of self-control with food in Jesus' name. My whole beauty with figure is totally renewed, restored in every way now in Jesus' name. I am getting a lot more beautiful, gorgeous, stunning, striking, sexier, radiant, a lot younger, stronger, a lot more confident in every way, in every part of me now in Jesus' name, more every day in Jesus' name. I look 25 years younger than what I really am in every way, part of me now, always. I receive the most amazing, incredibly compliments abundantly now, always, everywhere I go in Jesus' name.
