In 2016, I was stabbed 20 times by my ex-husband because I asked for a divorce. He's in prison but I continue to be in pain constantly every day since this awful incident. By the grace of God, God spared my life. My baby boy, then 5 years old, ran and called 911. I'm glad Jesus used him and gave him the knowledge to do that. I don't remember much after the stabbing. I was in the hospital for months on life support. I'm in pain all the time. I'm seeing specialists and I might have to have more surgery done on my neck, shoulders, and back due to this. Sometimes because of the pain, I wish Jesus would take me home to be with Him. I know that's not fair to my kids, mom, or my new husband. Please keep me in your prayers. Thank you in advance. God bless each one of you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts full of gratitude for sparing ###'s life during that horrific incident in 2016. Your grace and mercy are evident in the miraculous survival and the courage shown by ###'s son. We thank You, Lord, for the strength and wisdom You bestowed upon that young boy to call for help.

Lord, ### continues to endure immense physical pain and emotional trauma from the attack. We lift up ### to You now, asking for Your divine healing and comfort. Your Word in Psalm 147:3 says, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We pray that You, O Lord, would bind up ###'s wounds and bring relief from the constant pain.

Father, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom for the specialists and medical professionals who are treating ###. May Your hand be upon them as they make decisions regarding further surgeries. We trust in Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." Restore ###’s health, Lord, and bring healing to the neck, shoulders, and back.

Lord, we also pray for emotional and spiritual strength. In 2 Corinthians 12:9, You remind us, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." May ### find solace and strength in Your sufficient grace, even in moments of deep pain and despair. Surround ### with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and fill the heart with hope and courage.

We lift up ###'s family—children, mom, and new husband. May they be pillars of support and sources of love and encouragement. Help them to understand and provide the comfort needed during this challenging time.

Lord, we know that You have a purpose and a plan for ###’s life. As it is written in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." We trust that You will bring good out of this situation and use ###’s testimony to glorify Your name.

In Jesus’ precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
