Humble Servant of All
In a bit of a funk today. We managed to borrow enough money from 2 people to pay one more bill. However, that means we have to come up with that much extra money to repay these kind folks. We still have 3 bills to pay this month and February bills are starting to come in. On top of that my mother-in-law has been admitted to the hospital with pneumonia, COPD, congestive heart failure. She is diabetic and only has one kidney that my on a normal day only functions at about 15%. The doctor is looking at dialysis. We are flat broke, down to a 1/4 tank of gas and now having to make 50 mile round trips to the hospital every day. The person that owes us $40 won't answer the phone. She promised to pay us last week. I feel like I am in quicksand. I need help. I can tell this is all getting to my husband who is not a communicator and not one to share his feelings. I am so ready for winter to be over because I hate the cold. Not ready for our sweltering summers either. A vacation in Hawaii would be nice. Even if we could afford it my husband refuses to go anywhere that requires flying. If you can't drive to get there we don't go. I make all the sacrifices in this family or I should say me and MY children.
