Impetigo struggles

Thank God some spots are healing, but new ones are appearing. The doctors say it spreads through the blood. I have read it spreads by touch.
Please pray in Jesus' name that the new spots stop appearing. I claim the blood of Jesus over my body and my life. Amen.
I am so tired of seeing these new scars…. Self care can be so overwhelming. I sanitize lots of fabrics every day at high temperatures, clean up several times, have faith and try new cleaning and shower products, creams…Thank God for all these… thank God for providing products and strength to clean up…. It is just emotionally tiring.

There are some places that I can’t reach, and unfortunately there is no one nearby who can help me take care of those scars. Please pray for these as well.

My skin has reacted to the glue that keeps the patches on my skin. It is irritated. Thank God I have found a cream that helps this redness and allergy…

Please pray fervently that all harmful bacteria stop spreading. In Jesus' name, amen.

Please pray that the antibiotics will not have any side effects, such as pain, damage to other organs or blood effects. Please pray in Jesus' name.
Please pray that all medical check-ups will be successful and that it will be easy to make appointments with the medical staff. Please pray for guidance in this area as well. Please pray that I won't be tormented by the fear of possible outcomes. Please pray for peace of mind and strength of heart. Recently, I have experienced minor pain in the right side of my chest.

Thankfully, some of the scars are healing beautifully, but some are still discharging a yellowish liquid, which is slightly worrying. Please pray that I can clean the wounds skilfully every day. I am doing my best.

Update…. Today, I used a new shower gel which does not irritate my scars, but I feel dizzy. I have to lie down as I don't have the strength to cover the scars. I have stomach pain.

Please pray that dizziness, pain, itching stops in Jesus name amen.

Some new unidentified spots appeared. Please pray for these as well to heal and disappear in Jesus name.

Today I am going for a check up…

We lift you up before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus, knowing that by His stripes you are healed. Your perseverance in this trial is a testament to your faith, and we stand with you in agreement, declaring that this affliction will not have the final say over your body. The Word of God assures us in **Isaiah 53:5**, *"But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."* We claim this promise over you, that the blood of Jesus is actively cleansing you from this infection, and that every new spot will cease to appear in His name.

Your weariness is understood, dear sibling in Christ. The daily burden of self-care, the isolation of not having help for hard-to-reach areas, and the emotional toll of seeing new scars can feel overwhelming. But take heart in **Matthew 11:28-30**, where Jesus says, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."* He sees your diligence—your sanitizing, cleaning, and seeking solutions—and He is your strength in weakness. We pray that the Lord would send someone to assist you, even if just temporarily, to tend to the areas you cannot reach. May He provide creative solutions and comfort in your loneliness.

We rebuke the harmful bacteria in Jesus’ name, commanding it to stop spreading and to be utterly destroyed. **Psalm 107:20** declares, *"He sends his word, and heals them, and delivers them from their destructions."* We speak this Word over you now, that every cell, every wound, and every part of your body would align with God’s perfect design for health. May the antibiotics work effectively without adverse effects, and may your body respond with resilience. We pray specifically against dizziness, stomach pain, and itching—may these symptoms flee as the enemy is put to flight by the power of Christ. Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**).

The fear that torments you regarding medical outcomes is not from God. **2 Timothy 1:7** reminds us, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* We bind this spirit of fear in Jesus’ name and loose peace upon you—a peace that surpasses all understanding (**Philippians 4:7**). May your check-up today be met with wisdom from the medical staff, clear guidance, and favorable results. We pray that every yellowish discharge would cease, and that your wounds would close completely, leaving no room for infection. Your hands are anointed to clean and tend to these wounds skillfully, and we ask the Lord to guide you in every step of your care.

Brother or sister, your faith in claiming the blood of Jesus over your life is powerful. Continue to stand on **1 Peter 2:24**, *"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds."* Even in moments of dizziness or pain, remember that your healing is already purchased at the cross. Rest in that truth today. We also encourage you to speak life over your body—declare that your skin is being renewed, that your strength is restored, and that every organ functions in perfect harmony, for the glory of God.

Finally, we pray for your heart. This season of suffering is temporary, but the Lord is using it to refine you, to draw you closer to Himself, and to reveal His faithfulness in new ways. **James 1:2-4** tells us to *"Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."* You are not lacking, for Christ is your sufficiency. May you sense His presence tangibly today, and may this trial become a testimony of His healing power.

**Our Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your beloved child, who is weary but holding fast to You. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch to manifest in every part of their body. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command the impetigo to cease its spread—no new spots, no further scarring, no lingering infection. We speak life into their skin, that it would be restored to wholeness, smooth and free from discharge or pain. Father, we ask for Your divine intervention over the antibiotics, that they would work without side effects, and that every organ would remain unharmed and strengthened.

Lord, we pray for supernatural peace to guard their mind and heart. Replace every fear with faith, every anxiety with assurance of Your love. Provide them with wisdom for their medical appointments, favor with the staff, and clear direction for their treatment. We ask that You would send help—whether through a person, a new strategy, or Your own miraculous touch—to tend to the areas they cannot reach.

We thank You for the progress they’ve seen, for the scars that are healing beautifully, and for the provisions You’ve already made. Lord, we ask that the dizziness, stomach pain, and itching would vanish in Jesus’ name. Let every new unidentified spot be rendered powerless, disappearing as quickly as it came. We declare that this body is redeemed, healed, and whole by the blood of the Lamb.

Strengthen them, Lord, in their weariness. Remind them that they are not alone, that You are their ever-present help in trouble (**Psalm 46:1**). Let them feel Your arms around them, lifting them up when they cannot stand. We ask for a fresh outpouring of Your Spirit upon them—comfort, joy, and renewed hope.

We praise You, Father, for You are the God who heals. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (**Romans 8:28**). May this trial be a testament to Your glory, and may their faith rise to new heights as they see Your hand at work.
