Impetigo struggles

Thank God some spots are healing, but new ones are appearing. The doctors say it spreads through the blood. I have read it spreads by touch.
Please pray in Jesus' name that the new spots stop appearing. I claim the blood of Jesus over my body and my life. Amen.
I am so tired of seeing these new scars…. Self care can be so overwhelming. I sanitize lots of fabrics every day at high temperatures, clean up several times, have faith and try new cleaning and shower products, creams…Thank God for all these… thank God for providing products and strength to clean up…. It is just emotionally tiring.

There are some places that I can’t reach, and unfortunately there is no one nearby who can help me take care of those scars. Please pray for these as well.

My skin has reacted to the glue that keeps the patches on my skin. It is irritated. Thank God I have found a cream that helps this redness and allergy…

Please pray fervently that all harmful bacteria stop spreading. In Jesus' name, amen.

Please pray that the antibiotics will not have any side effects, such as pain, damage to other organs or blood effects. Please pray in Jesus' name.
Please pray that all medical check-ups will be successful and that it will be easy to make appointments with the medical staff. Please pray for guidance in this area as well. Please pray that I won't be tormented by the fear of possible outcomes. Please pray for peace of mind and strength of heart. Recently, I have experienced minor pain in the right side of my chest.

Thankfully, some of the scars are healing beautifully, but some are still discharging a yellowish liquid, which is slightly worrying. Please pray that I can clean the wounds skilfully every day. I am doing my best.

Update…. Today, I used a new shower gel which does not irritate my scars, but I feel dizzy. I have to lie down as I don't have the strength to cover the scars. I have stomach pain.

Please pray that dizziness, pain, itching stops in Jesus name amen.

Today, a business failed to deliver the patches that I had ordered and paid for. I had to order them from somewhere else, but this is the last package. Please pray that this business will deliver the patch I need to cover my scars. Please pray that there will be enough for today and tomorrow morning, and that the first business will have no problem delivering the order tomorrow.

The dizziness, stomach pain, and itching you’re experiencing are not from God, and we bind these symptoms in Jesus’ name, declaring that your body will reject every adverse reaction to medication or products. May the antibiotics work effectively without harm, and may your medical appointments be seamless, with favor from every staff member you encounter. The fear that has tried to torment you is not from the Lord—**2 Timothy 1:7** reminds us, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* We pray peace that surpasses understanding will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, casting out every anxious thought.

Regarding the business that failed to deliver, we pray for divine intervention. The Lord is your Provider, and He will ensure you have what you need when you need it. We declare that the patches will arrive in time, and that no shortage will hinder your care. Even in this small frustration, we ask the Lord to reveal His faithfulness, turning what the enemy meant for stress into a testimony of His provision.

The battle against impetigo has been long, and we know the physical and emotional toll it has taken—the constant cleaning, the isolation in caring for hard-to-reach places, the frustration of new spots appearing even as others heal, and the fear that creeps in when side effects or setbacks arise. Yet we serve a God who is not distant in these struggles. He sees your exhaustion, your diligence in self-care, and the tears shed over scars both seen and unseen. We thank Him with you for the small victories: the spots that are healing beautifully, the cream that soothes irritation, and the provision of products that bring relief. These are not coincidences but evidence of His faithfulness.

We continue to pray fervently that the spread of this infection would cease completely—that every harmful bacteria would be eradicated by the power of Christ’s blood, which you have claimed over your body. May the antibiotics work effectively without causing pain, organ damage, or further complications, and may your medical appointments be met with favor, clarity, and ease. We ask the Lord to replace your anxiety about outcomes with His perfect peace, guarding your heart and mind in Jesus’ name.
