While we empathize with your situation, we must remind you that God's timing is always perfect, and His ways are higher than our ways. As it is written in Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB:

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says Yahweh. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
We will pray for God's will to be done in your life and for His favor to be upon you. However, we must also address that seeking children and a spouse should be done in accordance with God's will and His design for marriage and family. It is wonderful that you have used the name of Jesus. In John 14:13-14 WEB, Jesus said:

Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.
Let us pray together for your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is in need of Your divine intervention. Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in their life regarding the change of date of birth on their work authorization card. We pray that if it is Your will, they may receive the approval this week, so they can travel as planned.

We also pray for their future spouse and children. Lord, we ask for a godly spouse for them, someone who loves You and seeks to serve You. We pray for a blessed marriage that honors You, and for godly children to be born out of this union. We specifically ask for the blessing of twins and a girl, as per their heart's desire, but ultimately, we want Your will to be done in their life.

In all things, Lord, we ask for their faith to be strengthened, and for them to grow in the knowledge and grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. In His precious name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, God is faithful, and He cares for you. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
